    WSU 24
    OSU 45

Last season I found the diamond in the rough with Eric Stephens, this season all my quarterbacks suck. I anoint Joel Harrington, the evil twin of UO's Joey Harrington, to the starter position and he struggles mightily against Washington State. He goes 16-35-311 yards, and 3 TDs. I didn't look, but I swear for most of the first half, it seemed like he had only completed one pass. Luckily, the Beavers had some big plays, the first being a 69 yard TD pass to Lorenzo Beck to get the Beavers on the board. In the second half the RB Justin Davis took, scoring a 54 yard screen pass after breaking two tackles. Then Davis broke off a 69 yard TD run to even the score 24-24 after three quarters. Then in the fourth quarter would add two more rushing TDs making the score 38-24. OSU would decide to run the score, after WSU called time out after the Beavers tried to run out the clock with a minute to go in the game with Harrington hitting Beck for his second TD of the game.

Wow is all I can say. Down 31- 17, to say my D stepped up would be the biggest understatement ever. 3 fumbles all returned for a touchdown and a 'pick 6' off a option play all in the 2nd half to shock the world and defeat Michigan 54-37.

Beat the hell out of sparty. Pretty much just wanted revenge for the PSU loss. Sadly, a 59-14 win is not enough to make me feel better...

or replace a broken window. $82 for that. god damn.

    UCLA - 45
    Cal - 10

Sloppy game by the Bruins but not enough to let Cal hang around in this one. Next week Virginia Tech makes the trip out west to face the Bruins.
