Utah Destroys ASU Utes Blow Out Sun Devis 63-9 Salt Lake City, UT- The Sun Devils were blotted out on Saturday by Utah's defense. In what has become a standard performance this season the Utes held ASU to 141 yards of offense, including -12 yards rushing to stomp a mudhole in the Sun Devils. Utah racked up 12 sacks as a unit, with 3 sacks each from Williams and Riley, and 6 more from 5 different players. The Ute's also stole an interception, tallied a safety and caused 2 fumbles, but neither was recovered by the Utah defense. Utah's defensive dominance helped the offense take a step forward as well, as they gained 664 yards of offense including an astonishing 507 yards on the ground. Lui Silva led the way with 232 yards on 24 carries and Eugene Kilpatrick showed his game breaking ability with 4 carries for 156 yards including TD runs of 67 and 47 yards on back to back drives. Silva scored 4 times and Matt Harris carried 14 times for 82 yards and 1 TD. Utah has rallied from a loss to USC, and are almost back into the Top 5. With 3 of their last 4 at home Utah has a chance to finish with only one loss, and make a BCS game for the second time in Coach Bulgys tenure.
