With the number one pick the Boston Red Sox select: Kenny "Boxy" Moore Moore comes into the Red Sox farm system that includes Hanus Serakus, and Mike Venafro at pitching, the Red Sox are looking to get Moore developed quickly and it has already been announced he will be reporting to Single A Greenville, with the hopes he pitches well there and we can get him up to AA before the end of the season. I Peench Your up
With the 2nd pick, the Los Angeles Angeles fuck up the entire mock draft and select Bill "Dode" Stanbridge. I went back and forth with Silva on this pick, but ultimately Dode intrigued me the most because he's so incredibly unique. Possessing 6 potential plus pitches, Dode put up equally good numbers as Silva against better competition. The injury history worries me a lot, but I think this is a risk worth taking. I also have a ton of lefties in my rotation/system, so Dode's right-handedness was a plus. Fmode11 you're on the clock - Silva fell right into your lap.
Going to be awhile guys before I can get to this this morning. Stuck in meetings all day with no access to ootp
I was praying that FMode would fuck up and not take Silva, but since he did I'll take the next best SP.
He died rapidly. But he was another high Stuff, 6 pitch guy. I thought he was going to turn into a top 3 pitcher in the Dugout when he was drafted.
Arizona Selects - SP - Kevin "Iron Man" Townsend It's nickname vs organizational history here, will Iron Man make it to the bigs or fall in line with all the other high school arms we've killed? Masler
