Due to popular demand, we'll be changing the format of the Draft Lottery this year. The lottery will only include the worst 14 teams (thats the avg of the # of teams that have finished below .500 for the first 4 years of the 5 year rule). Because of that we'll be mirroring the NBA in terms of chance percentages. The difference here is that we're only putting the top 5 picks up for lottery. After that the order goes by record.
