All I updated in Statslab was player links (which is all we should need for the draft atm), but it looks like they're done so everything should be good to go.
Thought long and hard about selecting the "Claw." I really like his personality ratings. Ended up going with Meyer because of having a lot of current young pitcher so I could take time to develop the high schooler. Also dat 74% GB rate.
Can't go wrong with a Bishop McDevitt Crusader - LeSean McCoy, Ricky Waters, Noah Spence...now Denny Meyer. I'm sure my fellow Pennsylvanian PAgamer07 would concur.
The Rangers select a more MLB ready arm in SP Doug Coull. We liked Rafael Nieves the most but we need impact players to who will be ready within the next 3 years. You're up sonn.
Yeah, there were some players that look like they have a higher ceiling and it was tempting to go after them. After thinking about it though, Williamson is already so well developed and has really good potential that I would've been happy if these other players would look the same as him 4 years from now. It's a safe pick because it's hard to imagine him not making it to the MLB in a couple years but also has the potential to be much more than that.
Blue Jays select: CF Colby Saunders http://ootp.traditionsportsonline.com/the_dugout/reports/html/players/player_20188.html Kasper is up.
FWIW, Brewers select http://ootp.traditionsportsonline.com/the_dugout/reports/html/players/player_32226.html
Guys, at least provide a short description of your 1st rounder and what you like about him or think he can do in your organization. Some of you guys are boring as fuck.
