Honorable Mentions:Anthony Rizzo 1B CubsMatt Moore SP RaysDrew Pomeranz SP RockiesBrad Peacock SP A'sShelby Miller SP Cardinals 5. Julio Teheran SP Atlanta Braves 15-3 in AAA last season. Julio is ready. Atlanta better make room in the rotation for this guy. Young Pedro Martinez, anybody? 4. Mike Trout OF Los Angeles Angels This guy is a 5-tool motherfucker. That is all. Power, speed, average, glove, arm. Trout is in the middle of a big trade rumor. If rumors are true, this guy might be headed to South Beach. On behalf of Angels fans everywhere, WTF?!?!?!? A Trout can't be a Marlin...can it? 3. Yu Darvish SP Texas Rangers Yu had a 1.72 ERA in the Japanese League. Going to Texas, a team that has won the American League two years in a row, he should make a big impact his rookie season and continue to adapt to the American style of play. This guy is a stud and should have a lot of wins throughout his TCBL career. 2. Jacob Turner SP Detroit Tigers Not the best start to his MLB career at the end of last year, but still high hopes all around for Jacob Turner. A whole season as the 5th starter will pay big dividends for the Tigers, who look to be serious World Series contenders this year. Put his locker next to Verlander's and make him learn. 1. Yoenis Cespedes OF Oakland Athletics Do I really have to explain? This Cuban export is going to be a legit 5-tool superstar. Rookie of the Year is all but locked up for Cespedes already. He will add some much needed pop into the A's lineup.
Watch out in the Future for this guy...http://www.mlbtheshowfranchise.com/tcbl/tcblreports/players/player_27886.html Prolly my top prospect
