First off...welcome! Welcome to 2016 got-dammit. A season to whereas the 9ers are looking to take off in hopes of capturing the division title as well as make their way back to the post-season. We had to make some business decisions with letting some people go that were here from the start...but management acted on the best interest of the team in making those decisions. You will not get paid here unless you produce!!!

Let's take a look at the defensive side of the ball

We have 942 lbs. of soldier on our starting defensive front...all young/new guys...they will be the key on defense so our mean ass LB's can hit the gaps and catch a few runners by surprise!!!

    1st year LE - Jarvis Garrett -- 84 ovr -- the young man is loaded -- 84 play recognition..84 block shedding..85 tackle...87 hit power

2nd year DT - Ricky Richardson -- 77 ovr -- we picked this guy up in free agency..345 lbs. of monster

2nd year DT - Jesse Andrade -- 73 ovr -- picked 24th in the 3rd round, was starting before Ricky came aboard..but we like to keep our guys fresh...so he will get some time in to do his thing

2nd year RE - Rodney Wilson -- 87 ovr -- 87 speed..more of a 4-3 DE, but has 94 hit power to lay some shit down

Rookie RE - D.J. Oliver -- 77 ovr -- he will definitely get his fair share of snaps..we were able to pick him up in the 3rd round of the draft....89 speed..95 hit power??? you bet your sweet ass he will see the field.

Do they really need an intro??? These dudes from the start have been consistent and bring it on every play. Fucking animals and a half..

6 year MLB - Bowman -- 94 block shedding means he's coming thru the gaps and busting your ass..84 speed.......97 pursuit..87 play recognition..96 tackle....he doesn't miss often and lays shit down!

But his compadre....arguably the best LB in the game!!!!!

9 year MLB - Patrick "MothaFuckin'" Willis -- 98 ovr -- Im gonna start off with man coverage of 84..zone cov of 90...(I could start this boy at CB)...tackle 93..hit power 99..block shed 93...pursuit 99...to make it even worse...I still have 85,138 unused points to get this boy even better...watch 'thee' fuck out!!!

5 year ROLB - Aldon Smith -- 89 ovr -- guy plays with a high motor at all times..96 block shed and 97 pursuit..he will get to you and make you pay!

10 year vet LOLB - Parys Haralson -- 83 ovr -- the oldest of the bunch...but this guy still gets it done..when he comes from off the edge on a blitz...QB's cringe.......SMH

Carlos Rogers retired on us, so we had to do some shuffling. CB's looking decent though..a new no. 1 starter in Culliver..Brown taking the 2 and Brock manning the nickel. We have a plethora of young guys to come in on certain situations and bring heat if we need it...and cover as well!

We have Goldson ready to lay the hammer and Dawkins the ball-hawk ready to rumble. Both of these guys play with an attitude and will lay the helmet on your ass if you get caught slipping. Don't get it twisted...because the boy Goldson has some hands...throw at him if you dare!!! Dawkins is a 2nd year guy...nasty speed at 95 and is a heavy hitter...he can cover the field VERY well and cleans up what the front guys miss thoroughly!

The 49ers have been able to keep their defense in tact for the most part...the nucleus of the defense is still here...still balling...and still making plays. We have had countless offers for our LB's but managed to stay away from temptation and not break part of the reason I picked the 9ers in the first place. If nothings wrong....why even bother messing with it and creating a need. Management took that approach and built off of the base of the heavy hitters we have in the stable.

That's all for defense..stay tuned for the offensive side of the ball!
