Brave, FYI, I'm not back home until Thursday of next week. I have CPU games this week and next and then a game vs Perry (which is where we would be at by the time I'd be travelling I think). I may need to request an extra day to get the game in with Perry, if that's ok.

Thank you for noticing the accomplishment. It only took 2 1/2 seasons, some loss hair, and a lot of cursing, but the Cougs are finally ranked. The next achievement will be beating someone other than the computer. I really believe it is going to happen against either UNC or UCLA, maybe both. I really believe Perry can be had. The only downside, I may only be in the poll for two weeks, my week 7 opponent is Cole and USC.

Does Vandermint know we are not going to advance for a few days. I noticed he put his team on autopilot last night, I am just curious

he did that because we had connection issues last night and he wanted me to play the CPU. I offered to go on AP but he said I needed the game more than him. Vandermint is a solid dude.

    Yeah, my reasoning was:

    A. Dru would probably have beaten me anyway,
    B. If he "lost" to me as the CPU it might cost him a shot at the national title whereas it shouldn't affect my fate that much, and
    C. As long as I take care of business I can still have my chance at spoiling FSU's season in the ACCCG.

So it seemed like the right thing to do. But yeah, I'll be playing my game this week--just haven't had a chance to log in yet and change it back. Full-on Christmas Explosion at my house.

Well there goes Nebraska...Twist played a great game, it was close all the way until I fell apart in the 4th. Throwing 5INTs where every single one the DBs cut faster than the receiver to the ball and jumped the route as soon as I hit the button is just so frustrating, and I gave the game away, even though he had more talent. Fuckin sucks

I just hope one of us can beat Texas this year goddamnit

I think Twist worked out something with Brent Wright in order to sabotage Nebraska's chances. Twist only acted upset but really Wright was sent by Oklahoma for this reason :).

Good job twist. It took a FG with time expiring to beat OU this year. Twist has some great talent this year.

I like brave's theory about sending Wright up to Nebraska to throw 5 ints!

Your D, except for the missed tackle on McClain, was outstanding. Bad way to lose a game but that seems to be the MO on our series and the home team has a pretty big advantage.
