I tried to get my Week 3 stuff started tonight, but I was having some serious games freezing issues. Hopefully, it works better tomorrow.

The offensive translation is on a year 1 wait, going to suck it up and run the option. The personal on this offense just doesn't mesh with what I wanted to do right away.

Are some of you guys having the same problems? I noticed that there were a few games with restarts. Remember that multiple restarts are heavily frowned upon. If it becomes apattern we will address it.

I haven't read anything but I notice on the OS forums that ALOT of people are having dynasty freezing issues.. If someone wants to go over there and look at it and read what is up might help. I have had 2 freezes on my offline dynasty.

Not really sure, but the problems just started for me last night. The game was freezing in offline & online dynasty modes, and I have to actually hard-reset my PS3 to get it to restart. It had been working fine since launch day, no freezes at all.

Did lose my top receiver for four weeks though.

Hey, is there a way to view our dynasty info online? (I mean, through a PC browser)

When you log in at the top middle of the screen it will say browse dynasties. Next to it will be a drop down box so you can change from dynasty to dynasty. If you do not see that I am not sure.

Well I tried to play my Week 3 game tonight, but my game kept freezing and is now pretty much unplayable :(

The first freeze came just before the end of the 1st half with my Ole Miss Rebels leading #19 Texas 21-7. My PS3 would not restart or quit the game by normal means, so I had to remove the game disc to get it started back up. The next several times I tried it got stuck on the loading the game screen, froze just before the opening kickoff, and even froze on the main menu before I could even get into the OD. I tried a few things I found online, but nothing worked. I contacted EA about it, so hopefully they will get back to me soon. You guys got any ideas?

At least I can do my recruiting from my PC, I guess...

EA got back to me this morning and gave me a few things I can try, so hopefully I can get my game in tonight. Evidently there is a patch supposed to be coming out on July 31st to fix all the crashing/freezing.

I had a similar freezing issue as Crumbler in my Week 2 game, though luckily it didn't happen in Week 3. I noticed it happened in my offline dynasty at well.

Also, I noticed that it gave me two restarts when it froze, when I only did it once.

Yeah, I think mine is sitting at 6 restarts but I've only actually started the game 3 times. It really sucked when it froze the first time, my Rebels were pretty much dominating #19 Texas until it froze before the end of the 1st half. Hopefully I have better luck tonight.

I think in past years when you had a re-start it counted it as 2 instead of 1.

Well guys I got some bad news and some worse news...

The bad news is I tried to play my Week 3 game last night and it froze again about midway through the 2nd Quarter score tied 7-7 vs #19 Texas. The worse news is that I think the problem is actually my PS3 and not the Dynasty-crash issue that NCAA 13 has been having :(

After the first initial freeze, the game couldn't even make it past the main menu to get to the OD. So, I got curious and popped in my copy of Uncharted and that game also freezes during the opening cut-scene. I looked online and found out how to put my PS3 in safe mode, and I ran it through all the steps with no help. Then, tried to play a Blu-ray movie but the PS3 couldn't even read the disc.

So, I think most likely my Blu-ray laser lens needs cleaning or repair. I'm going to try and run a PS3/Blu-ray lens cleaner tonight, and I should be able to get my game in tonight if it works. If not, I will probably have to pickup a new PS3 since I don't know of any repair shops around here.

Worst case, I will probably only miss this week's game at the most.
