You guys have 24 hrs.
Been trying to do mine, but the servers keep saying online dynasties are unavailable when it's trying to save. Hopefully it works soon. Couldn't get stud HB Lamar Miller (the single season NCAA rushing record holder) to stay, and a backup ROLB is transferring to Wake Forest.
done nobody leaving no one coming in
done...one pro draft, but can't be persuaded
it will be done sooon
Looks like I'm going to have to let my TE transfer to FSU. I persuaded the one guy not to go pro and was able to back out fine, but it seems like every time when I try to persuade that TE to stay instead of transfer, it won't let me save it to the server. Stupid. So I guess Murk gets my TE even though dude keeps saying he'll stay. Again, stupid.
HAHAHA! YES..lol im jp..sounds messed up
Florida State ended up 3 for 3, two stud LBs and one of my top WRs wanted to go pro
FSU is getting a few transfers too. Same with UVA.
Damn my team was just gutted. Didn't realize I had 26 seniors. A 80 OVR WR wanted to go pro but I told him to go fuck himself.
Haha. Dude would have started for me for sure this year if I hadn't picked up a stud TE. Hopefully the other Freshman TE picks it up in training to become my #2, otherwise my #2 TE could really suck.
Max has TEs for days
Miss gets SS Jordan Haden
(RS)So 6'0 202lb
He is pretty good, but will only have 1 year of eligibility left after sitting a year.
I'll take anyone I can get.
I'll hook it up before 5 pm which looks like is your 24 hour deadline from initial post.
If he's a RS Sophomore, wouldn't he have 2 years left? I know you have to sit out a year, but that year doesn't count against your eligibility, right?
Quick question: How good was Clemson last year?
Walking into a decent situation here?
And secondly, why'd the user who had Clemson leave?
Didn't want to start a new thread for it, hope its okay here.
Clemson was in the ACC Championship 2 years ago. I had to put them down, though, because they were down to a 3rd string QB and ended up having to take the redshirt off due to injuries. Think they still had a pretty decent team last year.
I can't see my roster right now, so wasn't sure how good they were.
Yea it takes a year away.
He is a (RS)So now. He will sit out his (RS)Junior year, then be ready to play his (RS)Senior year. If a xfer doesnt have a RS yet, then he will use the RS while sitting out a year. But if the player already has been redshirted, he just loses the xfer season.
at least that is how ive always thought it works
That'd be different than real life then, wouldn't it? You have to give up a year of actual playing time to transfer? Then nobody who was a junior would ever leave. I think they'd just have to sit out a year without it counting against eligible years remaining. Maybe I'm wrong, though.
Im not sure of the specifics and how it works IRL.
Im 99% sure though that in the game a xfer has to sit 1 year and loses that year of eligibility unless they have NOT redshirted yet. if they have not RS'd then that year they sit out is their RS year.
Haden is a (RS)Soph. He will sit out the upcoming season (his (RS)Junior year) and be eligible to play his (RS)Senior year. at least that is how I remember it working in-game
Just looked up the real rule for NCAA. If the game follows that, then you're right as the "five year clock" started and the redshirt year would mean that he only has one year left to be eligible to play. If he hadn't redshirted, though, it reads like he'd still have 2 years (this sitting out year would count as the "redshirt" year). Not sure if I'm reading it right or not. Need a lawyer to comb through that drivel. lol
