Emmdotfrisk and I are playing at midnight tonight est.
Everyone get their stuff in before this. We should be good to advance.
I've got a tad bit of recruiting time left - if I don't use it, don't wait on me.
Nevermind. Power is out. Been out for 15 mins. Going to wait around and if it isn't come back on in a few then I'll advance early in the morning.
adv in morning cant play until later..fam is forcing me to go see a movie..
Yo. I just got in from the Virginia Tech game. Can you wait until I play in the morning to advance? Thanks Drift.
sim my game..refuse to be cheesed out of my mind..after going up 21-0 the cpu decided to put its finest cheese on the table. after 2 cheesy ass 3+ btk td rec to bring the score to 21-14 on the last play of the half the trojans throw a hailmary pass to tie the game. Only the QB was a good 2-3 yards past the LOS... I am really getting sick of the cheesefest on heisman...not fun knowing whatever you do the outcome will be whatever the cpu decides. i am really one or 2 more bad games like this from breaking my disc.
Drift, my bad man. I overslept. Can you guys wait until around 2 or 3 est to advance? I haven't done my recruiting or played my game this week. Thanks guys.
Everyone else is having good games...
I think it's time you start making accommodations for this league instead of the other way around...
was there a vote or just by no one else complaining? i have a hard time believing i am the only one getting hit with the robo offense that can't do no wrong when they need a play even if its cheating(i.e going 2 yrds past the los to throw.). i don't mind losing(ask lawdog) i hate losing knowing i never had a chance because the cpu won't allow it..
I've never seen the LOS glitch. You should have captured some media so I can forward it on to EA.
I get hit with offenses getting in the zone and taking it to me. Most of that is following momentum swings like INTs. It usually occurs in rivalry games as well. This all happens in real life. Teams get on a hot streak and there isn't much you can do about it besides forcing a turnover, a punt or sacking the QB. Most of the time I manage to do one of those.
It also has to do with how you play defense. If you are trying to INT and hit stick everything, you are going to be S.O.L. I make sure I avoid 1v1s and try to get multiple people around the ball. Sometimes that means *gasp* playing man defense, which I notice most people here rarely do (not saying you specifically, but in general).
And on a personal note, I like the fact that we lose to the CPU occasionally (which is exactly how often it happens. I lost twice to the CPU last year).
i don't mind losing to the cpu i was up 21-0 and didn't give up a momentum changer play untill they had all the momentum already. i was playing good d and my O was moving the ball pretty well..
