    Thanks JK, Im done.

Im assuming everyone is close to being finished recruiting. There are only 47 players uncommitted out of the top 500, and out of those 47 players, only SIX players aren't soft committed somewhere. Pretty amazing, 494 players out of the top 500 players are committed in some capacity somewhere.

If you can knock this out before 8 cst, that would be great, because everyone could knock out CC games tonight if they wanted.

Bond, JR, BBJ and Shaun, if you can schedule it tonight great, if not, try and set a time for Friday.

    Thanks

Im hoping against hope that there could be a Round Three to the JR/Lawdog Title games. In case anyone has forgotten:

    Round 1:

Illinois won the toss deferred to the second half. KSU came out strong, but Illinois was able to force a punt and started a drive from its own 15 yard line. A couple of big plays were the difference including a great play by my 2nd string TE who went for 45+ yards for a TD after breaking a few tackles.

KSU got the ball back and once again I was able to get a stop, but KSU responded with a 55 yard FG. Illinois next possesion was controlled by the running game. The option attack which was not a focus of Illinois attack last season did really well and was able to go up 14-3. KSU responded quickly with a nice drive for a TD, making the game 14-10.

Illinois got the ball back and was able to get another score making it 21-10. Illinois defense stepped up again and got a stop, but then it was KSU's turn getting a key pick and eventually scoring to make it 21-17. Right before the half I was able to get 3 points making 24-17 at the half.

The second half started off great for Illinois with a time consuming drive of over 10 plays that eventually led to a TD making it 31-17. Then the play of the game occurred. Right after receiving the kickoff, Montgomery took the handoff and tried to run off tackle and my SS was there, and all of a sudden F-U-M-B-L-E, scooped up by Illinois. Now I haven't seen the replay, but apparently it was not a fumble. There was no challenge available, but after that play, Illinois drove it in for a 38-17 lead.

Of course KSU responded by scoring I believe on the very next play, with a 70+ TD reception. I got the ball and drove down the field and JR stuffed me, and I settled for a FG making it 41-24. I went deep zone coverage and JR drove down the field for a TD, but it took close to 2 minutes off the clock. I recovered the onside kick ran the clock down as far as I could, kicked a FG and the game was over.

    it was a great game.

    Round 2:

    First off, great freaking game.

Jr left out the fact that my first TD came off a deflection by his safety, and then my WR proceeded to break a tackle on his way for a TD. Pretty lucky to say the least.

Jr's 3-4 defense is still a pretty big mystery to me. They are in a zone at least 85% of the time, but runs up the middle just won't work, his MLB's are just too good.

Each team's defense stepped up and he forced 3 punts and I luckily forced 4 punts.

The difference in the game was Morris playing healthy the whole game. Maybe it was the fact that it was his last game as a Bruin, but Morris ran the option really well all game and got tough yards when we needed it.

One thing that I didn't see mentioned but I think was worth mentioning, is that Im pretty sure this year's UCLA team is the first undefeated team so far in the dynasty. Pretty amazing that both UVA and UCLA were both undefeated going into this game, and both teams played great.

    Great game.

    Round 3:

Im ready to inflict the knockout blow:

In case anyone is wondering, I will stay up late to advance us twice tonight. Im eager to see what bowl game I get. Im assuming JR and Bond will get their game in late tonight. If y'all won't be able to, just post on here so I won't be checking the box late.

Shaun - are we not using pages now? Are we just using one page for all posts? Just wondering, no complaints.
