I had the ball 1 yard outside of the endzone in the 4th quarter, with the final seconds ticking away. It was third and goal. I was losing by 5. I could swear Wyoming called a time-out (and I saw one less yellow bar on the screen), so I called my run play, go to snap it...the clock expires. I had 2 time-outs, there was no reason for the clock to run out. By the time I noticed it was too late (you know those final seconds when it won't let you call a TO).

I was steaming. Cougars is a good guy, and agreed to play me again. He didn't understand why I didn't call a TO either. Irish says this is against TSO rules(to throw out game results and let us replay).

    @Shaun Mason
Can we get an exception to restart this game? I understand if not, just wanted to give it a try. This is an important conference game.

Both parties agree to it, and that one play really did cost me the game.

Replays are saved for strictly extreme circumstances. Being unaware that clock isn't actually stopped isn't something that falls under extreme circumstances or warrants a replay.

I've had the same thing happen to me before, and it's just tough luck. It was my fault because the only person who can be at fault for me not using my timeout was myself. Same case here.

This happens in real life too. Games have been won and lost because coaches were unaware they still had a timeout or the clock was running. I'm ruling no replay, and I'm confident @Shaun Mason will feel the same way.

Next year's game should be sizzlin' fo sho!

If you think about it too, that "one play that cost you the game" is the same as an interception, missing a wide open receiving, etc, etc. A mistake made by the user, which replays aren't granted for. Although with some of the picks I've been throwing some game replays would've been nice haha! :)

This is true to an extent, but I was unable to call a timeout in the final seconds because of a glitch. I'm sure you've experienced it, there are maybe 2-3 seconds left and it won't let you call you a TO, despite frantically pressing the button. When I say I "realized it too late", that is what I meant. That is why I feel so sick about it.

I've never seen this glitch...can you verify it anywhere else?

I lost a game in The Deuce last year because I mismanaged the clock, it happens. Ask Les Miles.

just noticed I have the 9th best passer in the nation but my leading WR has just 294 yards. 4 different WRs are within the 221-294 range
    very nice
now if only I had a running attack

here is an andrews vs Ward comparison for the world but ward has played one extra game
    Andrews: 54/93 for 1266 yards, 12 TD, 1 INT
    ward: 70/125 for 1359 yards, 11 TD, 3 INT

    fun

I know, it makes the blowouts over our rival SDSU who has more talent then us that much sweeter! We've won the last 4, blown you out by an average of 25 points during the last 2 times on our home turf, and still get no respect for the line. It's bulletin board material. If beating you by 4 scores isn't enough guess we'll just have to pour it on a little more. :)

Can you go at 4:15 EST?

Oshio, QB D. Smith of Air Force has the potential to go over 10,000 total yards in week 7 against you.

    SDSU 28

Starting impact QB Orlando Ward was injured for two weeks early in the first quarter. Backup Antonio Pittman came in with a 10/10 279 yard 4 TDs 0 INT performance. SDSU defense didn't have an answer, and got a huge win with many recruits visiting!

GG man, that game definitely had more big plays then any of our other games last season.
