    Advanced to Week 7

Washington finally signs some players, including two players who we think will be very solid players.

:4stars: HB Stephen Wilson - 5'11" 209, Mountlake Terrace, WA
    A- SPD, B ACC, B AGI, C BTK, D+ CAR, B- TRK, C- ELU, C BCV, B- SFA, B- SPM
Wilson has good straight ahead speed with solid agility and burst. He finally chose us after a long battle with Stanford, when we got a X2 on him last week.

    :4stars: T Jason Graves - 6'4" 288, North Creek, WA
    D+ SPD, B ACC, B- PBK, C+ RBK, D+ IBL, C STR, B RBF, B RBS, B- PBF, B PBS
Graves doesn't have ideal strength and doesn't pancake people very often but we like his basic skills, positioning, etc.

Purdue got some good commits this week.

    Patrick Richardson
    :3stars: MLB
    6'3" 240 LBs
    Greenville, TX

    A- SPD, C STR, C+ AGI, C TKL, B PUR, B- PRC, C MCV, C ZCV
Clearly a great prospect for a 3 star guy. We are very excited to sign him as we went for him aggressively from the start. We beat out USC for him. He will probably start from day one.

    Dwayne White
    :3stars: MLB
    6'0" 226 LBs
    Highpoint, FL

    B SPD, C- STR, C TKL, C PUR, C PRC, C+ PMV, C+ FMV, C+ MCV, C+ ZCV
Another good prospect at the MLB for us to use. We plan on moving to the 3-4 defense or multiple D so he will be good to pair with Richardson in the middle.

    Tony Martinez
    :3stars: OLB
    6'1" 225 LBs
    Wasbash, IN

    B- SPD, C+ STR, C+ AGI, B- TKL, C+ PUR, D PMV, D FMV, C MCV, C+ ZCV
Solid prospect, needs to improve his pass rush moves to be an effective OLB. Despite this he provides us with depth at the position.

    Damien Butler
    :3stars: CB
    6'1" 176 LBs
    Marysville, OH

    B+ SPD, B- AGI, B- ACC, B- JMP, B MCV, B ZCV, B- PRS
We are very happy with this signing. He already has very solid coverage skills and considering that we are pretty weak at the position he will have to play immediately.

30-7 win over pesky UCONN. Rutgers made a move, putting SR-RB Joe Martinek as the backup with DeAntwan Williams becoming the starter. He rushed for 120+ and really moved the chains out there. Savage was rather pedestrian as opposed to how his season has been up to date. The defense churned out 4 turnovers with SR-CB David Rowe picking off two more passes.

Just a heads up, it's looking like Cole and I won't be playing until Tuesday. He says he's busy until then.

Wisconsin done. We took care of pesky Minnesota. Was hoping for an easy game but Minnesota hung around until I unleashed a full fledged running attack in the 4th quarter that took all the air out of their sails.

The Purdue train is coming closer and closer.....I can almost see it.

Cant wait for the advance we are on the cusp on some huge signings.

congrats on snagging him. he should be a pretty good back that'll haunt me for a few years lol. biggest difference in the battle for him was probably him being in your pipeline - i was going after him straight up.

not the end of the world for stanford though. Wilson was the number 9 HB in the class, and we're getting ready to wrap up number 10 - a very similar looking back out of Texas. And we're also looking good on the number 14 back in the class.

btw your double points might back fire. I got double time on that DT we're fighting for this week. hopefully i can get him to take that soft commit and use the paper to wipe his ass. same deal there again though - the difference might end up being the pipeline in Washington.

overall i'm in the always frustrating "tons of guys are going to Stanford but just haven't fully committed yet" stage. hopefully a few of them start finalizing their trip to Northern California so I can set my sights on a few lower rated guys for depth.

btw this might be the highest i've ever been ranked at 6. got up to 8 i believe with UNC before handing the keys over to Carl.

I think the highest I got with Michigan before the red ring of death was 7.
