This is my year to put a top 10 finish together and increase my pitches. I just can't compete for the guys I want and should have a shot at.

For anyone at home who is counting, Neal is the 3rd :4stars: recruit that I have lost after having a soft commit simply due to the fact that I was out-pitched (no visits) in the final week.

I find the rankings really strange. Mizzou and I keep slipping after beating ranked teams or in my case 2 teams who were x-1 going in. Yet, teams are jumping us with much weaker schedules. I think one team just made a huge jump beating 0-6 WSU. Now, I will agree I was overranked going into it, but the logic just seems very strange. Mizzou has dropped to 4 for no good reason I can tell...

I had a great week of recruits announcing. I signed my top 3 guys. All the guys I lost, were guys I knew I wasnt getting, but would put whatever left over time into them as plan B options or to make another user work for em. I am still going to have 3-4 guys who have me at #1 that I wont be able to sign due to scholarship limits, so will see how they shake out. I actually took my lowest ranked WR of my 4 off the list so I dont 'accidentally' sign him before the other.

Khaalis, my availability is spotty tonight. I am trying to finish defensive driving course that is due tomorrow morning so that I can take care of a ticket. I am free tomorrow evening for sure.

I landed two QBs, but I promised the first one I would not sign another QB before his first year on campus. I was just taking a gamble, oh well.

The poll logic is FUBAR! I was ranked #1 in the nation 3 weeks ago. I've crushed every team I've played and haven't had a bye week yet. But in EA's wonderful world I've slipped to #4. If this is the poll logic they're going to give us they have to add a playoff option for `12. Add this to the logic of BBJ and I getting screwed out of the BCS last season while OM has won 2/3 w/o even winning his conference makes me scratch my head.

There's 0 chance of a playoff option because the NCAA controls it.

you beat Penn State by 6, you beat a 1 star team by 13 points at home, you barely beat Texas by 2........ you beat Miss State by 11.... and crushed everyone you played....... you crushed Bowling Green 48-0 and Oklahoma State 63-7...... other than that... most of your games have been fairly close....

So Penn St was ranked #2 when I played them. Miss St was ranked #4. Texas I think was around 10. Ok State was #20. Maybe crushed isn't the descriptive word you would of preferred I use, but regardless, the poll logic is jacked up.

And to add to that, why did USC stay at #2 last season and play in the BCS title game over #3 and #4 Mizz and BC when they didn't play a top 25 team all season? However BBJ and I combined for 10+ wins against top 25 teams.

I have to be honest, I have no idea why my team is #3 right now.

So I am your last obstacle the NC game? Unless I drop a conference game besides you we should have a rematch in the Title Game.

Yeah, I'm not too thrilled considering what happened the last time I was in this position. I have to go to #11 Iowa at the end of the season and that will probably be a tough one for us to win.
