Well here is the time, it has been a while with myself being busy and also our group being busy. This has given us time to see if we want to continue playing NCAA and have a little bit of fire to play the game, so this leads into the question: Would you guys like to keep this going either: Continuing the file or restarting and picking another setup? So if you are interested please vote if not please post that you aren't. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- jusblaze09 broth262 chance17 LTL7360 MrWitness36 Kasper webbs6212 trevorg234 MarkyMark67 KnightNoles Member Member
I would be down. I may miss some games to sim but oh well. I would prefer a slightly more spread out arrangement due to time concerns. A lot of us are so busy that we can't schedule 5-6 user games every season. We could fill out with our guys plus any cast-offs from failed leagues. A new file would be my preference.
ok i know i been absent lately but i still want to be in this league. i think if we restart and go with something different it will last this time.
I would like to try and stick around. My time should be freeing up a little hopefully. I'll do whatever the group wants as far as rebooting the file
Any thoughts on changing advance time to possibly a slower advance, make it a hard 72 hours, no exceptions?
I would love a 72 hour advance. Make it hard so everybody knows when we're advancing and to keep us at a steady pace, but 72 is still slow enough to allow people to get a game in.
72 hours sounds good to myself. and how soon are we gonna know what is truly going on? and whos all still around?
broth262 LTL7360 MrWitness36 webbs6212 trevorg234 KnightNoles Looks like we have 6, I'll text the others like chance, marky, blaze if I still have their numbers that will be 9 We will look for 3 others since kasper (10) and losing the two (11 and 12) T3AM_F1GHT_0N You want to roll with us?
What if we did one conference like the Pac 12, except we don't fill our league with 12 users. That way we still have CPU games, but we are all centered geographically and are in constant competition.
tempting if there are spots open and its a slower advance as for format, i've been tinkering around with a pre-bcs (early 90's) format offline (no conference title games, return of the big 8, swc, the real big east, etc) if there is interest - specifics are in the link: http://forums.traditionsportsonline.com/threads/restart.103235/#post-1432699
Im actually doing this with Texags ( Texas A&M football forum) and weve had alot of success. We are the the Pac-12 and the 4 CPU teams are Stanford, Oregon, USC, and UCLA. The 4 CPU teams will be competitive enough to beat a few of us occasionally. I would support a league less than 12. It helps with advances and still offers competitive seasons with 8 or so User teams.
I would highly advocate a rebirth of the SWC, but thats because Im a Texas homer. Could you imagine all of us competing for recruits IN THE SAME STATE? That would be insane and extremely fun IMO.
To be honest, I don't want to play in a single conference. The reason we stalled in the first place is that so many of us are busy. Making at least half of the conference games user games is not something I can do.
I haven't been getting emails on these alerts and apparently I'm late on this, but if it happens I'm in.
Ya. Its started with everyone posting less and less content until it was just posting RTA's. Then we started losing guys here and there
