Falcons slipped by Carolina in a NFC South shootout 31-28. Playoffs just a few weeks away things are starting to open up for the Falcons after manage a couple win steaks. On paper this game was closer than you think both teams stat sheet looks so similar to each other. Defense for both sides forced the turnovers while the most critical came from a int Cory Webster who was just signed a couple weeks back.

Manuel started out with a not so hot hand but later got things going. Matt was shaken up a bit by a tough defense who loves physical contact. A couple series after throwing a interception Matt was injured on a qb sneak. Panthers was going to take advantage of that with rookie qb Lucas Miles was going to show them he can get it done. Barner started to get things rolling by breaking a few nice runs one was for 11 yards. Little did they know Lucas was ready for his opportunity to show the league what he got.

Once again Henderson found the endzone for two touchdowns. Manuel also connected to Greg Olsen seven times for 1 td and 114 yards. Rookie Miles got the jitters out of his system things started to look bright for him. His favorite target White gave him his first career touchdown pass 54 yard deep ball. Before Miles could get things rolling Kuechly picked off a pass to TE Rosario. After that play Miles connected again to White for two more touchdowns helping the birds secure a win.
