The Crimson Tide is under a new coach after the sudden resignation of Nick Saban due to health concerns. Logan Saban, Nick Saban's distant nephew, has stepped up to the challenge at the young age of 29 after several brief stints at other successful D1 schools. He has big shoes to fill as the Tide is looking to make history by being the first team to ever win three National Championships in a row. The O-line will be led by LT Cyrus Kouandijo and RG Anthony Steen the only returning starters on the O-line. The Tide's receiving corps looks to be stout with Amari Cooper, Christian Jones, and Kevin Norwood returning as weapons for AJ McCarron's senior year with the Tide as he looks to bring home the Heisman this year and another crystal ball for the trophy case in Tuscaloosa. TJ Yeldon is being looked to carry the ball after Eddie Lacy was drafted in the last NFL draft. Defensively Ed Stinson, Adrian Hubbard, Trey DePriest, CJ Mosely, Xzavier Dixon, Deion Belue, and Haha Clinton-Dix are returning. Vinnie Sunseri and Geno Smith are being looked to to step up in the defensive backfield. NT Brandon Ivory and DE Jeoffrey Pagan are starting on the D-line. Alabama is predicted to win the SEC West and the SEC Championship Game in the Tide's second trip to Atlanta of the year. Alabama will be opening with ACC opponent, Virginia Tech, in the Chick-fil-a Kickoff Classic in the Georgia Dome. The Tide faithful are excited for this year and have faith in their new coach to bring home a National Championship and history.
