JMS your right on. I can do it through Justin TV, if its ok with Mo I would like to try and do the Oregon game. I tested it out against the computer and seemed to work fine. I would like to try it out with a human to see if it adds any lag to the game. Dont want to do it if it adds lag.

Im ok with people seeing my plays aslong as no one at Mo's house is relaying the info ala New England.:) I dont think he would do that anyway.

The way it would work for me is using my slingbox to capture the game live. Then capture that feed using Macromedia to encode the game for a live stream to Justin TV. It would also work if you had a webcam capturing the game directly.

The easiest would be for multiple users being able to log into the slingbox feed. But I dont think slingbox allows that. Also if you could have the slingbox feed go directly to Justin TV. I read where you could do it (there is no real info on doing this) just someone saying its possible to do this but have yet to figure it out. Something to do with embeded code.

Ill check out the other site that you mentioned. The only thing I dont like about Justin TV is the box that they have to view the game is small.
