First off thank you jello1717 for taking this picture.

    Arizona Wildcats Team Preview 2014

    Offense:
The Arizona offense gets back a key stable that will have to help with it's focus on a running game. Ka'Deem Carey will be that player. He will have a speed that will help move the offense in the Pistol set. QB Jeremy Johnson will get his shot and hopefully be the best of managers. Arizona has not had a consistent starter since Nick Foles. The offensive line returns a good amount of guys headed by Senior 99 overall starting Center Mickey Baucus. Speedster WR Garic Wharton returns to add a solid deep threat to the Wildcat offense. Beware of the SPEED in Tuscon. It's gonna be a hell of a ride.

    Defense:
The Arizona defense took the off-season to renovate their atrocious run defense. Moving from a 3-3-5 to a 3-4 is something that wasn't too difficult for the defensive line. Returning LE starter Joe Jackson is excited to get more pressure on people with the more exotic blitzes. For the linebackers, it'll be a new ideal. George Parker will have another line backer next to him while the OLB's including returning starter Phil Bracken will be used for blitzes. The DBs too will be through some changes. FS Willie Parker will be the only returning starter. Safe to say, it's gonna be a tough year for the defense.

    Special Teams:
Arizona returns both specialist in K Dale Matthews and P Leonard Long who were very productive last season. Garic Wharton will take the return position and hopefully add a spark to a crucial part of the Wildcat's team.

    Overview:
The Wildcats are way behind the 8 ball after failing to qualify for a :5stars: of prestige. The recruiting this year looks very good but young talent is very questionable at times. We need to recruit this well for 2 years to catch up. Arizona looks to repeat as South Champions with the only competition being USC and the bastards in Tempe (and some bitch ass Buffaloes). OOC is another story. Gonna have a lot of big games and winning those would sure help bumping up a prestige.

Ka'Deem Carey broke out to the tune of a 381 yard rushing performance and 3 TDs
Arizona hosted the #20 Horned Frogs of TCU to start 2014. This game was a highly anticipated match-up as the kids from Texas would have their eyes on this one. Ka'Deem Carey was the focal point of the Pistol and he broke out. Ka'Deem had 3 long TD runs over 70 yards and was very efficient with a 11.5 average. QB Jeremy Johnson also had a productive day off play actions mostly. He hit Garic Wharton for two big scores in the second which helped Arizona get a good lead on the Frogs. Arizona had a total of 764 yards on offense which is very exciting going into the future. But the problem is the Bend-But-Don't-Break philosophy that Coach Lambdin lives buy surely bit him in the ass this week. Arizona let up 797 yards on offense and 45 points. Arizona did get a good amount of pressure with 3 sacks, 2 INTs, 1 FF, and a ton of hurries. Corners were getting beat easily though which hurts the Arizona's blitzing ability. Arizona host Coach Cantor in the first meeting with the Michigan St Spartans.

RE Dame Ndiaye misses a potential 3rd down sack that results in 6 points for the Spartans
Arizona hosted the Spartans from East Lansing in a huge National Title implicated game. Arizona opened up with a great drive moving the ball at will. Arizona capped it off with a Garic Wharton TD pass on a Jail-Break-Screen. From then on, the Spartan defense stepped up big. The Arizona offense would only score 7 points in the next two quarters combined. The Spartan offense though went crazy. Running back Nick Hill had a solid day with over 100 yards rushing. Wide receiver Keith Murphey also showcased his skills with some big TDs (1 Rushing, 1 Passing). The 4th quarter was a treat to College Football fans everywhere. Keith Murphey got the passing TD on a 68 yard play. Then Garic Wharton showed his Heisman potential. He caught a pass and was gone for 6. This made it a game again at 21-31. Arizona forced a pick and Garic did it again for 6. With the game at 28-31 though, the Arizona defense let up. Dame Ndiaye missed the sack on Spartan QB Connor Cook and he chucked a prayer to his WR Josh Hill for six. It was very deflating. Garic would show off again with coverage shifted his way according to Coach JC and scored. But Arizona would fail to recover the onside kick and the game was over.
GG JCspartan2 Definitely will have to do this again. Maybe for the Rose Bowl ;)

    No picture for this game.
Arizona came into this game with the hopes of playing spoiler to the Badgers National Title hopes, but the Wildcats only helped display the greatness of the Wisconsin team. Arizona would continue the habit of starting off great (only 1 drive ) and then falling flat on their faces the rest of the game. Wisconsin's lines were dominate at all phases of the game. There was little to be done and little to be said. Ka'Deem Carey did have 100 yards and Garic showed his stuff with 78 yards and 1 TD reception.
GG dakota7. Unlike JC, lets not do this again...

Garic Wharton making a big play for six. He's slowing becoming the best WR in Arizona history
Arizona was coming off two straight losses for the 3rd time in Coach UofCWildcat's career. Arizona is 3-0 in every one of those situations. Arizona and Alabama trades shots early. Arizona's QB/WR combo of Garic Wharton and Jeremy Johnson have been unstoppable all season, connecting on at least a TD every game. And this would continue early for the Wildcats as Garic made a heroic play on an under thrown ball where he caught it and made a move for 6. Alabama answered with a TD of their own. But this game would see a lot of Arizona shots followed by an Alabama answer. But the second TD by Arizona would prove to be the deciding factor because in the second half, Arizona could only manage 2 TDs while Alabama got 2 TDs and 2 FGs which helped Arizona hold a 38-37 win.

George Parker get a huge pick in the endzone
Arizona's offense was good, but never was great. Well, the offense showed up against the Beavers. Arizona exploded to the tune of 42 points in the first half. Garic exploded to 3 TDs in the first half but got hurt late in the second quarter. Arizona would slow down the offense in the second half but the Beavers would roar back trying to make this a game again with the score 42-28 at the start of the 4th. Arizona silenced that with another Garic TD in the 4th to make it the final 49-28 win for Arizona. Garic had his 2nd 4 TD game of the season while RB Ka'deem Carey had 178 yards rushing and a score.

Arizona Shows Off In Front of All It's Recruits

Ka'Deem Carey found his groove with a bundle of recruits in town
Arizona had all of it's recruits come to what has become a good Pac-12 North rivalry aside from Stanford. Oregon would compete against the Wildcats all day but the Arizona offense/special teams were too much. Garic Wharton was untouchable with 5 Total TDs, two of which were Kick Returns. His speed is what makes him dangerous. And that isn't the only potential Heisman Candidate on the Wildcats. Ka'Deem Carey went berserk with a 257 yard game with 3 TDs. The two are speedy, quick, and elusive. It's something Arizona hasn't seen in the desert but oh boy, it's exciting to watch.

Garic's impressive TD on an out route
Arizona opened the game with a huge day by Garic Wharton. Garic had 3 TDs in the first 3 possessions. Utah tried to stp Garic, which they did, but this left running back Kylan Butler and Ka'Deem Carey to run wild with a combined 403 yards and 5 scores. Ka'Deem got hurt early which opened the door for Butler to showcase his skills. The defense also deserves a shout out because it held Utah to 14 points, which is it's lowest total of the season (Stanford doesn't count because it was simmed). A lot of big plays, turnovers, and steady running game have made the Wildcats offense the best in the Nation!
