    surprise?

The biggest surprise for me was definitely squeaking into the national championship game last season. All the pieces sort of fell into place on that run.

    disappointment?

I don't think I've had any disappointments as I believe that I've performed above the expectations of the program.

    recruit?

The biggest recruit is probably Kris Hughes. Even though I haven't played with him or even seen his true ratings, he seems like a game-changer.

    game played?

The national title game in season 4 followed closely by the Big XII championship in the same year.

    loss?

Losing both the Nat'l title and Cotton bowl to Virginia Tech.

    win?

Big XII Championship in year 5 or that final second thriller at Missouri.

    Feelings moving forward:

I'm really excited to hopefully end this season on a positive note and moving into the start of a bright future in Aggieland. :5stars: QB Kris Hughes and :5stars: HB Marvin Patterson PS#1 both come in next year along with the final phase of the offensive system I have been moving too. Kris Hughes was a welcome addition to that plan as I would have been looking for someone like him to run this offense. The new offense will still mostly be a pro-style, but more capable of spreading people out and utilizing our athletes in space. Not sure if we will utilize a two QB system next year, but I should have three QBs battling it out for the starting job.

biggest surprise -- winning a national title in our 3rd season..... and the development of two star corner Rob Mackey....

disappointment? losing to Virginia Tech in back to back years....

recruiting war? Ryan Sims and Javon Keller... to see Sims only become a return specialist and not a shutdown corner eases some of the pain..... Big hopes for Keller not sure if he will redshirt next season or start yet....

recruit? Definitely :5stars: Javon Keller #1 QB from his class and will more than likely start all 4 years of his career...

game played? National title game against Bogey or the SEC title game against BBJ.. hard to choose....

loss? losing to Florida year 1 in the SEC title game....or losing to Drifter after climbing all the way back into the game after being down 17 points in year 3...

win? easily winning the national title....

    General feeling
I feel good about the direction of my program.... got depth at alot of positions with no immediate holes to fill, we seem to be competing for our conference championship every year and we are starting to attract the big time recruits.... so the general feeling is good, would love to play for another national title...

    surprise?

Terrance Morris turning into a great/fragile QB. He was a mobile 3 star recruit my first season, and though he is injured this year, he should be mid 90's QB with 88 speed next year and solid passing attributes. Should be a breakout year for him if he stays healthy.

The emergence of the power running game. The RB ability is tremendous.

    disappointment?

Close loss to Nebraska in Big XII title game with a national title on the line. Beating USC only to watch them win the National Title in the same year.

Inability to beat Oregon or USC, both guys can bring it, or should I say both of them can bring it.

    recruit?

JT Green a WR that has yet to step up, but he is only a (RS) Soph, and I expect big things next year as he moves into a starting role. Im also looking forward to playing with a RB tandem of Valentine and Goodman, who should be a great thunder and lightening combo.

    game played?

First season come back win against UGA. I think I was down 20 with 5:00 minutes left in the game and was able to get the win.

    loss?

Losing to Nebraska in the Big XII title game, and every loss to Oregon and USC.

    win?

Last second win against Nebraska last year, TD pass with 12 seconds left for the win.

    Feelings moving forward:

Next year's team should be loaded, but I have been here before. My OL should average a 95 across the board, My Defense should be ridiculous. Biggest question mark will be at the WR, HB, and TE position. If Morris stays healthy we should have a solid team, if he doesn't, looks like our annual trip to the Cotton/Holiday Bowl.

Looking forward to starting next season.

    surprise?
-Making a title game, period. Was a bit shell shocked with the level of competition at first as I got my ass handed to me in year 1 by both guys on my side of the conference.

    disappointment?
    - Recruiting; its not a huge disappointment but this will be the Ducks 5th season finishing in the top 5 as a 6 star prestige school and I haven't really seen a real jump in guys that want to come to Eugene, especially the new adds at the end of a season. There are always the diamonds in the ruff so its all good but you would like to think you could build into a recruiting powerhouse; I'm sure JR can reason with me on this one.

    recruiting war?
    - UCLA, all I have to say. When I see them pop up on a recruiting board I definitely think twice about going after the guy, and I think I have only won out 2-3 times.

    recruit?
    - David Lawrence. The recruiting battle on his was crazy, as I had his scheduled pretty late and was low on his board, but every team lost when he came to town which opened the door for him to come to Eugene. I believe he had full bars with both Va Tech and Nebraska so this guy was a real program changer.

    game played?
    - National Title against JR.

    loss?
    - See above. Shell shocked again, but learned a lot from this one.

    win?
    - The last game against Mutt was pretty huge, but I would also have to say the first time I beat Flo. I remember playing him for the first time and thinking "I have no shot of beating this guy"

The future looks bright in Eugene, as we are a year ahead of schedule contending this season. the 14' Ducks should be the best team put on the field to date, looks like 10-11 starters will be back on defense. The one big question mark is who will tote the rock, replacing a legend is tuff to do.

surprise? - Not being able to compete with the CPU. It's getting a little ridiculous.

    disappointment? - This year's 2-10 season.

recruiting war? - Does it count as a recruiting war if they all get stolen by JR? I beat out Nebraska this year for QB Brent Schroeder. He will compete for the starting job as a freshman.

recruit? - DE Derron Horne was a :3stars: recruit and he's causing problems for the opposing QBs. This season I've got 2 good QBs coming in (Brent Schroeder and Sam Edwards) and it will be fun to see who emerges as the starter.

game played? - In the last game of season 4 I squeaked out a win against #1 Rutgers.

loss? - There are too many to remember them all, but I know I had 2 close games against Georgia and Virginia in the first couple of seasons.

    win? - The Rutgers win.

    General feeling
Right now the team is in the shitter but I'm hoping that I can get out of this funk. I've considered changing up the offense but I think I'm going to give the fleXbox One another year.

What has been your biggest/best surprise?
    - winning the national title. I just figured there was no way I'd get past both JR and BBJ. Also, beating JR 2 in a row is pretty sweet.

    disappointment?
    - not really sure if I have any. This season was easily my worst, but I had fun with it.

    recruiting war?
    - penn state and GA. They are on all my recruits.

    recruit?
    - Ryan Moore, quarterback right now. he's a monster.

    game played?
    - national title game.
    loss?
    - probably losing to BBJ in the SEC Title game when I had a shot at a national championship.

    win?
    - national title game.

    general feeling ...
    - I hate the magnetic blocking in this game. if it wasn't for that, i'd love the game. Once you get locked on to a player, it seems impossible to get off the blocker. really hurts the game overall.

    surprise?
How difficult this league is! Everyone has skills on the sticks, and everyone here is a great recruiter. Any success in this league is truly earned and is very rewarding. Great group of guys and I am happy to be a part of it.

    disappointment?

My record in user games is a little disappointing. The competition is tough, but I feel like I have given a few games away, which is disappointing.

    recruiting war?
Every recruit I battle any user for. I would say that so far my biggest battles have been with Drifter and Lawdog, and I have won very few of them. I am picking my wars better now than in the past.

    recruit?
Eugene Holloway to this point. He was a 3-star recruit, and he has turned into an absolute monster in the middle for me. I have some good running backs that I brought in last season that will be beasts starting next season.

    game played?
My loss to Georgia last season was probably the best game I have played, as were both of my games with Mutt. Two of them were losses, and one was a win. Intense battles on both sides of the ball for sure. Really every user game besides my first games vs. JR and Sanders were spectacular.

    loss?
My worst loss thus far was to Virginia Tech this season. Ultimate beat down.

    win?
To this point, my biggest win was over Georgia this season. We were finally able to get their monkey off our back and take control of the SEC East.

    What has been your biggest/best
surprise? Landing Paul Matthews....I hate losing CPU games, but winning the recruiting battle was the biggest surprise to date for me.

disappointment? As many CPU losses as I had the last two season.

recruiting war? That i can't win a big one. Paul Matthews is the exception that proves the rule. As Drifter ran out of scholly's to allow Matthews to slip to the Huskers.

recruit? Best recruit will be Ashley Graham ATH ranked in the thousands from small town Nebraska. Four year starter will be sorely missed next year as the #1 FS recruit from 2 years ago has waited on the bench while Graham has starred.

game played? Lawdog this year in the regular season.....That loss will sting for awhile.

loss? Bogey in the Big XII CC this year and Flo in the National Title game year one.

win? This spot is reserved for the day that i can beat JR for the first time in two years.

What has been your biggest/best surprise?:
How fun the 2 conf setup is. with the level of skill everyone has it really means something to win the CC..

    disappointment?
losing to JR with the NC game on the line. the game being the CC made it sting even more.

    recruiting war?
Sims. He hasn't been the shutdown corner(really never thought he would be, atleast not with UGA), but has turned into a nice Corner with great return skills. Stealing him from JR was awesome..

    recruit?
Haynes is a beast in the middle and fun to play with.

    game played?
both games against UO. 1st with the GL stand to end the game and then winning even with Murray having the worst game of his career..

loss? The bowl game against OM...never seen a game like that switch that fast...

    win
Beating Sandman in the CC and beating Bondzai with a last second TD to Green...
    win?

and whats your general feeling moving forward

My Defense is going to be a shut down Defense next yr...

    surprise?

My was winning the National Championship in Season 1.

    disappointment?

Losing to JR twice, with both times winning the game and then shitting the bed.

    recruit?

My best recruit has been FS Xavier Matthews, he has been a 4 year starter on some very good defenses.

    game played?

    National Title game against Mutt.

    loss?

    JR twice.

    win?

National Championship game and every win against Lawdog.

    Feelings moving forward:

Looking foward to finishing this year and making noise next season. Excited to see everyone at an equal team ratings playing field. Should start getting really fun.

    some thoughts.....

team that seems to be hardest hit by injuries..... Florida State ( his QB always seems to be hurt.... )

**team with the most talent and no titles -- Georgia... seem like he is almost due for one..

***team with the steadiest progression -- Texas A&M.. drifter has been doing a silly job recruiting and buidling talent.... they should be awesome for the next couple of years..

*** team with talent but has the most random losses to the CPU -- Missouri.... not sure wha the hell happens but seems like Khaalis starts off great then fadees...
