How big of an impact do clutch, consistently, etc have if maxed out at 5? Also... does awareness help all players now and not just QBs?

Also, this makes me ask the question: Can guys EARN traits? For example, if I have 10 comeback victories with a QB in CCM, can he gain the Clutch trait? Or is it limited to just purchasing it with XP?
Is there any way to find out if Coach Mode or Spectator Mode can be added to CCM in the next patch? Both modes exist in Play Now but not in CCM, it would be awesome to me to be able to play in an online league with coaches only and not have to win with the joystick but with playcalling and roster management. I am loving the game except for this omission,
Emmdotfrisk RynoAid Has anyone heard anything about the Position Boost Packages meant to boost the XP accumulation for weekly/yearly goals being broken? I boosted my MLB this week, and after the game I found that he acquired zero XP. he had 4 tackles, nothing too great but I figured that he would have at least something to show for it.
Doesn't he actually have to achieve one of his weekly/season position goals? Or was 4 tackles actually a weekly goal for him?
Yes, but even if you dont achieve the goals, there is still some XP accumulation. In this case, there was none.
Pretty sure it takes effect right off the bat, because it appears as if everyone else got their XP already. I'm learning as I go, but it wont shock me if the XP doesn't show up next week.
Im not sure. The higher packages are really expensive so I cant imagine someone being able to spend 30000 or so a season for a Qb or something. So id imagine them being permanent. I kind of doubt that though.

That would suck if those are broken. I just purchased the DT XP upgrade pack in TMFL, if that causes my players to accumulate no XP moving forward I am hosed, since both my DT's are young and pretty much suck.
I just grabbed the WR one, if that is broken I will let you know next week. Going to start tracking the XP to make sure no BS is going on
Hope Im not right, I'd prefer if I just made everyone else paranoid over nothing. That would destroy the ability to effectively progress the young guys.
is the online and offline scouting points still different for the weekly points and some of the players skills? ex: overall online is 2000, offline 10000 also, are they looking to make player editing available for cc? and how come i cant change my pass-run ratio in mode?
Does anyone know when the next years draft picks get added to your team? Is it before the draft or after? I mean the 2015 year of draft picks. Or the start of the next season?
Question regaring ratings: In CCM, if I view my Personnel and ratings I see one number, when I go to depth chart IN A GAME the numbers are much different. I am assuming this is due to scheme and hot/cold streaks. I would like to view these ratings outside of the in season game depth chart screen. I would like to manage my depth chart before the game to get my best fitting, hot streak players in the starting lineup. Q: Is there any way to view adjusted ratings fromt he Personnel screens rather that through the in game pause menu?
this is a great question, maybe since i havent played in offline frannys, im just not familiar with the whole hot/cold streaks DPP, etc. So to piggyback this question, in an online CCM, do players overall ratings and specific attribute numbers go up and down on a game by game basis based on hot/cold streaks? does it have anything to do whether progression is set ti weekly or yearly?
I am sure this n00b question has been answered in one of theses 36 pages lol If your player has superstar dev trait is that perhaps why you cannot see that option for upgrade in the progression menus ?
