Yea I saw that earlier
I'm not going to worry about it until it's announced there won't be a game/it will suck: http://www.ea.com/news/update-on-ea-sports-and-college-football
yea but that sucks they cant use team emblems or names or even bowl games by name, its going to be teambuilder '15
You do realize that the logos, etc., aren't the property of the NCAA? The only thing that is going to be missing is the NCAA logo, and anything the NCAA actually owns. They don't own the bowl games. Not sure how the playoff system will work out with this, but we've got a year to find out.
Ah nope I thought they were property of the NCAA, well that's reassuring.
Even if they don't make another one only thing we will never have is playoffs. I'm sure someone will redo the rosters every year at least if it happens its on a good year not like 11 or 12 where the gameplay was trash
agreed but what about next gen?
From the way I read it, they're already focusing on a college football game for next gen. We'll see how that goes. Honestly, I'm more concerned about the player likeness lawsuits and the impact something like that will have.
yea! fuckin ed obannon
Ea would be stupid to pull the plug on this series. Can't name the players? Hmmm ea locker roster share, maybe the writing was on the wall, and thats why they have plugged this seemingly useless teambuilder into the ground. NCAA has a cult like following whether they make a new game or not it will never die.better install it to your hard drive, I leanrned with NASCAR 09 the game is going to be nearly impossible to find if its the end
EA isn't pulling the plug. It's the NCAA.
Yeah I know, that's what I was getting at. I think that's why they knew it was coming and implemented team builder
Well...guess I won't ever trade this game in!
you're alive... When are you going to start posting game summaries or being active on the boards?
Sorry fellas! It's been crazy this week. Totally forgot about the postings of the games. I'm back at it though.
