Ok what's up everybody! So the Ravens have been one of the best defenses for years and unfortunately it looks like that era is coming to an end once Suggs retires. The Ravens know they want to keep their defensive identity so they are looking to revamp while still making playoffs. Year in and year out. They are going to rely on Flacco and Mosley to get them where they need to be. Here's a recap of the cycle so far. Week 1: Ravens owner struggled at learning this Madden and a very sloppy loss against the Broncos in a game. The team looked good and the owner was just a bum during the game. Week 2: Ravens are in a tight game with Raiders owner Troy when the Ravens were down by 3 the game disconnected and they went on Autopilot so Troy coul get the win. Week 3: THE MOVES This is where the Ravens realized we needed to get younger. The team felt stale as Jay almost had a big comeback victory. Ravens hit up all owners and here's what came from it. The first trade: Forsett 2016 5th To the Falcons for: 2016 2 2016 3 The thought process here: Ravens online is so good if there's a hole anyone should be able to hit it. The back shouldn't matter as much as the oline. Trade 2: 2016 4 To the Texans for Wilfork This trade was huge as I was in talks with the trade below Trade 3 Brandon Williams To the colts for: 2017 1 2016 3 The thought here was although we got older with will fork, we upgraded and should get 2 years from him. With the 1 and 3 we can fill holes on defense. Here's the overall overhaul so far: Ravens lose: Justin Forsett Brandon Williams 2016 4 2016 5 Ravens gain: Vince Wilfork 2017 1 2016 2 2016 3 Frank Gore (FA) Forsett replacement Essentially changed Forsett for Gore and Williams for Wilfork while gaining a 1,2,3 in the process. Ravens are still in full rebuild as they are willing to listen to any offer. Thanks for reading!
