Hmm it looks like advances are 8 hours so if the series went 7 it would take 14 days so RL time would be about 4 and half days per series?

That's what I'm wondering as well. I was hoping we'd be there last night so I could knock out a few games, but my office Christmas party is this evening, so I won't be home until late. Ah well.

    LAL - 90
    OKC - 84

OKC got up by 10 points in the second quarter and then the Lakers defense clamped down, forcing the Thunder to shoot 25% for the rest of the game. Late in the 4th, down by 10, the Thunder caught a little bit of fire and cut the Laker lead to 3 points with 20 seconds left. Kobe took the ball with 7 seconds left and drilled a 3 in the face of James Harden to ice the game. Kobe finished with 30 something i think.

Durant finished with 27 going 11-18 shooting. The problem was Westbrook could not get his shots to fall, often rushing attempts.

Game 2 starts in 10 minutes!

I thought you finished in 7th and were playing Denver?

What did the final playoff seedings end up being? Am I still facing Houston in the first round?

OK - I hope I still play the Rockets - I match up much better with them than with Denver since Houston has zero size on the interior.

    Game 2

    OKC - 89
    LAL - 87

Los Angeles jumped out to an early lead in this critical game two against the Thunder. After being down by as many as 11, the Thunder again mounted a comeback to get back into the game. At one point late in the 3rd, the Thunder held an 11 point lead. Kobe took over though, and brought the Lakers back in front by 3 with 1:01 remaining.

Russell Westbrook then found a wide open Daequan Cook at the top of the key who proceeded to bury a 3 to tie things up. The Lakers then missed a mid-range jumper and the Thunder went down to try and take the lead. Westbrook missed a shot and Luke Ridenour scooped it up and tried to set the Laker offense up. However, Daequan Cook came up big again with a steal and dunk to put the Thunder up by 2 with 45 seconds to go.

The Lakers scored on a Kobe layup, Westbrook again missed a shot but this time it was Serge Ibaka who grabbed the board and went right back up with a layup to put OKC on top. With a foul to give, James harden fouled a driving Luke Ridenour with 1.9 seconds left. On the inbounds play, three Thunder defenders blanketed Kobe and Ridenour was forced to take the pass and jack up a long 3 that missed.

The Series moves to Oklahoma City tied 1-1.

I think i took WAY too much satisfaction in this win.

Got on and I'm already down 1-0. Don't know my chances in this series because I may not have much time to play in the next 2 or so days.

    Knicks - 90
    Pacers - 76

Game was close until the 4th quarter when the Knicks scored 24, and the Pacers scored 12. Carmelo led all scoreres with 28, Amare followed with 23. Billups also added 19, 17 of which came in the 2nd half. No other Knick scorers were in double figures. Eric Gordon led the Pacers with 22 points, with Hansbrough adding 15.

The Knicks shot 48% compared to the Pacer's 41%. Their coach was not happy with how the offense played though, saying they shot the ball too early, often only 1 or 2 passes into the possession.

The series is now tied at 1 after two games at Madison Square Garden.

    Warrios 102
    Suns 109

I knew I was going to be in for a rough day when Vince Carter scored the Suns first 10 points all by himself , torching my defense. The Suns showed some life at home and this was a battle the entire game, back and forth, maybe 15 lead changes. Dorrell Wright showed up big with 31 points but his performance was for naught as Warrior mistakes let the game slip away, some stupid fouls and two late turnovers after the Warriors were down by 10 and came back to tie it up at 102 doomed us. Now we try to rebound and see if we can steal the next one before heading back to Oakland to close these guys out.

    Game 3

    Lakers - 87
    Thunder - 81

The Lakers were on fuckin fire in this one. They lead by as much as 23 in the 4th, luckily all the 3s I was jacking up made the score look respectable.

    Game 4

Was down by 6 in the first quarter and the game froze again. This time it counted as a loss. Such is life. OKC eliminated!

    Lookin forward to a restart

    Game 3

    Warriors 83
    Suns 100

This one was ugly, The Suns were on fire, they had an answer for everything I did. Now we move back to Oakland with one game left in the series to decide who moves on. Vince Carter went off for 28 and Dorrell Wright went for 29, im not sure if its homecourt that is playing a bigger factor or if its me in a slump or the suns being better. I dont remember them being this dominate during the season, I believe I swept them. Should be an interesting game 5.

I thought I did, but couldn't remember. I think 5 makes sense given that we are only playing 58 games. I don't think you need a 7 game series, but I guess that's something people can convince Bond and I differently on for the restart if you want.

I had to get up today at 4:45 for a cross country flight to DC and never got the chance to even turn on the xbox last night. If anyone is around their xbox today can you tell me how Blake and the boys did in the 1st round?

    Suns 106
    Warriors 96

Well this was a disappointment to say the least, I dont think I could have played much better but it just wasn't enough. The Suns were other worldy in thier ability to turn shit to gold. Constantly draining shots as the shot clock expired or getting multiple offensive rebounds in one possession and constantly finding a way to get open. Was a fun season overall though and cant wait till we get started up again

Yeah man, outside my game 2 win, the Lakers were unbelievable! I was able to claw back in the three games i played, but it was a struggle. In my two losses there were points in each game where I had been out-rebounded 26-6...
