    Bears Gameday

    Week 9

    Bears 42
    Bills 10

The bears looked like they were in for a challenge the first drive as Buffalo drove down to the 10 yard line before the Bills QB threw a pick 6 to SS Daniel Manning. After that all momentum was lost and the Bears never looked. Bad news was we lost CB Bowman for 5 weeks so Free Agent Signee CB Lucas will have to step his game up these next few weeks. The bears move to 6-2 and look to be in a 2 team race in the north with the Vikings. Next week is a huge game with Minnesota for the lead in the NFC North.

The bears get the huge win and move to 7-2 and take a commanding lead in the NFC North. The win came mainly to 4 INTs by Brett Favre. Cutler had a solid day through the air and Forte had a 100+ yard day capped off with a nice 30 yd TD run late. The game ended with Favre getting sacked by Rookie DE Wooten. The bears head to Miami next week to take on the Dolphins in the Florida heat.

    week 13

    Bears 54
    Lions 45

This was an insane game where pass defense was non existent. QB Matt stafford threw for over 500 yards and Cutler had over 300 and 4 TD passes. HB Forte had 12 yards on 16 carries, we could not run at all but the passing game was another story. WR Johny Knox went to the house EVERY time he caught the ball, He had 3 TDs all one short pass plays that saw him run straight past all the defenders. Hester also had a few huge plays including a kick return for a TD. The bears win the game that had a combined total offense of over 900 yards. Chicago heads back to Soldier Field next week to host the Patriots.

A division battle that turned out to be a shootout and was won on a last second bomb to Devin Hester as the clocked ticked down to 2.0 seconds. Bears also took the ensuing kick off for a touchdown off a fumble recovery so thats explains the 2 score lead. Cutler had a decent day finding his speedy receivers who racked up the YAC all game. Hester defiantly won this game though with his late second heroics, beating the 4 second jam then smoking the corner. Bears move to 9-5 and look to have the NFC North locked up barring a complete collapse that would allow the Packers to pass us during the final week of the season. Bears are fully healthy now and look to secure a playoff spot soon.
