Green Bay, WI -- The Chicago Bears were embarrassed by their rivals, the Green Bay Packers the last time the two teams got together in Chicago. The Bears were outworked in all three phases and lost 35-7. This time the Bears came in with a purpose and wanted to prove not only to their fans, but to themselves than they are a better team than it showed that day. After the game, they've accomplished that.

It all started up front for the Bears as they were able to run and stop the run on defense. They managed to hold Eddy Lacy to just 8 yards on the ground for the game. Meanwhile Matt Forte was able to rush for 109 yards on 28 attempts with two touchdowns. Jay Cutler was efficient going 13 for 18 for 128 yards and a touchdown before being knocked out of the game with a concussion. Backup David Fales went 6 for 8 for 68 yards and was injured as well leaving them to third string QB Jimmy Clausen who was able to make a big time throw to TE Martellus Bennett on a third down conversion late in the game to extend the drive.

The Bears defense played extremely well and were able to pick Aaron Rogers off twice and sack him three times. Chicago got going early and never took their foot off the gas. They were able to slow the game down, keep Rogers and his explosive offense off the field and win the battles in the trenches to secure the victory.

    Good game redlishus
