OMFL OFFSEASON FA BLIND BIDS MAY BE SENT TO OMFLBLINDBID@gmail.com YOU ARE NEVER ALLOWED TO GO OVER THE CAP - if you win a player that puts you over the cap, you are not allowed to sign them until you cut the needed cap space to sign that player. YOU MUST SIGN ALL PLAYERS THAT YOU WIN IN FA'S - if you win a player as a fa, you MUST sign that player. If that player puts you over the cap or over the amount of players that you have then you MUST cut and adjust your cap to fit them. If this is not done within 48 hours, the Board will do it for you, and you won't like that.
