Has anyone looked at this. Looks like their could be some movement in a lot of jobs in our designated conferences.

Stanford, Michigan, Oregon are among others that could expect to see some coordinators get moved. I've been looking at the goals and lot of them can pull it out, but they have to start winning games now.

I wouldn't expect any of us to be moving into these jobs so soon anyway right? Those jobs will get offered to mid level HC's - maybe Bond qualifies?

    You would be surprised.

It's just interesting talk to see what jobs may open up.

You are a C coach prestige now, while the rest are D+ or D still. So at this point you would have the best chance it seems.

How the F am I C coach prestige already?

I don't think it would be fair for anyone to move to that caliber of a team right now anyway but it is kinda cool to see CC in progress and hopefully working.

Well - I just think to maintain some balance in the league we would prevent that big of a jump right off the bat.

My interpretation of the plan was that moves would be looked at and sort of agreed upon before happening. I don't think I would agree to letting someone jump from Buffalo to Stanford OC.....

If you had a very successful year turning Buffalo into an 8 or 9 win team and had a very good offense, thats grounds for a promotion.

That would be a tough call if the Michigan OC job came available.

It would be an advantage. Thats why I sort of thought we were starting as coordinators. That way the extra step of moving into a HC could delay everyone from being up for big time jobs so soon.

But we will see how it plays out. I would like to see invites/moves happen in groups, but I realize that it can be hard to do.

I thought everyone would have to fulfill their first contract before a move could happen?

Some of us are on 1 year contracts.

I don't think we have to fulfill our 1st job contracts. I think the contract ideas we had would go into place for the next job we take.

ok , that makes sense.... so the next contract someone receives will be extremely important....

i would like to see guys stay one more year, but if someone is hell bent on leaving, who am i to stop him...

How does the CC work in the off-season?

I thought I remembered reading where it went one coach at a time?

I think the computer is giving us enough balance as it is.:) Balance is to prevent someone from walking to the NC...I don't care if you are the Michigan head coach...good freaking luck on Heisman.

Their goals are probably insane too.

It'll be tough to stay at a BCS school. At least I hope it's a challeNge.

In my experience the OD CC and Offline CC work the same way.

Can't remember. But there is an order that it sets. I believe it starts with the job vacancies from retirements.
