First he sucks in this game so I find it crazy that so many ppl want that peanut head but since they do reply here if you are interested in Penn. We havent decided on a system yet, but when we do we iwll make the move swift and fast

    I'll take Penn...

if I do get him I would let go of Ben Saunders since I only have time for one fighter

This is just cockamayme. There is no possible way to do this fairly. I have said it 5 times and it has been ignored every time. The worst guy should get BJ Penn.

I'm coming up with a waiver system ala Fantasy Football. That's the best way we can do it. Basically the initial order is going to be based on records and participation/activeness. As guys become available/dropped (ala this situation) the highest ranked guy on the list has a day to claim him (if so desired). If a day passes and he doesn't, guy ranked #2 has a day, etc. You claim a guy who was dropped, you move to the bottom of the list. If you claim a "free agent" guy, it won't affect your ranking. Only "waiver wire" dropped fighters. Best/most fair I can do guys. I'll do the list tomorrow and post/sticky it.

It's going to be based on the waiver system. Both Penn and Silva will be on waivers as well as the fighters that are dropped to make room for them. Basically all fighters who are not claimed right now are free agents and open game while fighters dropped from a user will be on waivers. Atleast that's what I think Juggs is getting at.

Wondering if the original draft is factored in, just my opinion it should be, thats how most League waiver orders are done.

yeah but we've added guys after the draft so it would be hard to be fair to the whole league.

Every avenue has its flaws, even your idea, you just need to trust we will do it fairly, if you dont there is no way to convince you.

Correct sir. And the initial draft will play a part, albeit the least weighted factor of the 3 because like someone else said...we've basically doubled in size since the draft and with all due respect, there are alot of guys who were in the draft who haven't pulled their weight as much as the new guys

Having a waiver list is the only fair way to do it.

The worst guy/record who is also active , contributes, doesn't miss matches constantly, and is pulling his weight will be the #1 one person listed on the waiver wire and have the 1st shot at Penn or Silva. But records alone won't give you the chance to get him. Alot more to the league than that. Your suggestion did not get ignored, it is part of the waiver wire process.
