    Boston College at #6 Arkansas
In a game being played in the rain Boston college immediately took the ball 75 yards down the field for the score. The TD came on a 11-yard pass from Rettig to TE C. Pantale. On their next possession B. C. QB Rettig scrambled inside the 10 yard line only to lose a fumble and blow a good scoring opportunity.

Midway through the second quarter, with the Eagles holding onto a 7-0, the Razorbacks converted two 3rd and longs setup the team up with a 1st and goal from the 3 yard line. However, a strong effort from the Eagles defense held the Hogs to a FG. With a few more possessions for each side sputtering out the Eagles entered halftime with a 7-3 lead.

After a INT by the Eagles defense to start the 2nd half sophomore RB Finch took the very next play 60-yards to the house and the 14-3 lead. On their next drive QB Rettig hit Senior WR Colin Larmond for a 70 yard score on nice play action pass. Giving Boston College the comfortable lead of 21-3.
From that point on you could see the Razorbaks start to press the issue as Arkansas QB Wilson threw his 3rd interception of the game, which led to a 1 yard scoring run from A. Williams, his first score of the season.

Penalties and turnovers ensured that the Eagles would come out of Arkansas with the win 35-17. It was a surprise that Boston College was in control of this game from start to finish. And the Eagles are thrilled to get the win against such a good team. They didn’t feel last week’s effort at home against the Miami Hurricanes property represented the team. And while they weren’t expecting to come in and handle the #6 ranked team in the country, they did feel this was more akin to what they expect on a week-in, week-out basis.
