do you have the slingbox solo?

did everything come with it that you needed..
basically, do i need an s-video cord?

edit: should I be hooking it up to my cable box and then hooking my 360's A/V cords to the cable box as well?

The xbox goes to the slingbox via component cables and then to the tv.

Then hook and ethernet cable to your router and thats who it gets to your Computer........if your computer is on the same router

    okay..

i have xbox 360 component cables "in" for the slingbox
component cables from slingbox "out" to the TV as "in"

exact same result..sound but no video (but that is something differet)

it says "weak or no video signal"
