Wow, VT, how ironic that you're my first user matchup EVER! Down to play tonight? If so, I better put on a cup of Joe!

VT, that's cutting it close for me. I leave work around 8 (Mondays = late work days). How's 9? If that's cool, we'll do it up then. You definitely have a talented team, but watch out, I've been practicing with this group a lot during our year long, er, week long wait! ;)

(Make sure you post in our bowl thread!)

    Ok guys,

There's really no reason for bowl week to extend past tonight. Let's get our games in so we can move on to the off-season. I'm dying to see if Pryor tries to go pro, and what my recruits look like.

    a) he obviously will at least try.

    b) any word if talking guys into staying is more difficult? in past it was always a given to get em to stay if you used max time.

Not true, VT. In my experience, I've had guys who were determined to go no matter what (and yes, I cheesed just to make sure ;)).

I never tried it. I haven't even seen an off-season yet in this year's game.

is it weird that im pretty freakin pumped to get rid of my star senior qb and get a backup rolling? might help that i dont lose a wr, only one OL (my center) and am also loaded at rb.

VT, I've been like that before, too. For me, sometimes red-shirting a guy who I'd prefer to play with right away can lead to the longest season ever. But if it's best for the team, that's how it has to be ...
