Brandon S. Tigers riding a 7 game winning streak against KC. Thanks to the Royals for helping the Tigers in an otherwise dismal pitching year.
Trust me, my pitching is awful. much worse than yours. Especially with Scarpetta dying and Alex White ending the year on DL. Just wait, Royals will be in the post season before the Tigers
You want a few words then eh???? 20-5 total over 3 games... Fuck the Reds. Fuck Mark Appel and Billy Hamilton. Fuck Joey Votto. Fuck Cincinatti... And fuck the state of Ohio (no offense Timpegoose and any other decent Ohioan out there). Ass whooping
soxandgators The Tigers lose another SP for the year but were able to pull off their 2nd SUPER SWEEP (4-0) against the White Sox this year If not for the AL Central the Tigers would be around ~.400 winning %. Even though the Tigers rank in the top 5 offensively in the AL, the starting rotation is near dead last Was this the loaded rotation we discussed? If so, if might not be a suitable strategy going forward.
Congrats on beating me fellas. It's so weird that I'm still in first place since you all are so great. With Arthur Lawson in the middle of my lineup, it will be fun knocking everyone's heads in!
New 2021 season... still kicking the Royals Good start to the season for the Royals after beating up the #teepeetankjob and #southsidesucks. Had to bring you back down to Earth.
#WINdians JFace907 10 run ining in the first game, 2nd game give up only 1 hit, 3rd game give up only 2 hits.
April brought a busy month for Hokkaido Ham Fighters, we went 20-14 this month and decided to close the month out on some high's rather than lows going 7-3 in our last 10 games. A special thanks goes out to Chunichi Dragons, there big payroll has yielded no results as they sit in last place so when they invited us to there place near the end of the month, HovaTheGodMC was more than hospitable and got swept right out at home. Game 1 12-0 5 hit shut out for Kichida and Azuma, Kichida went 7.2 innings with 5 hits, and 0 walks with 5 K's. Big man Harada went deep Game 2 7-1 Slightly better since we were nice enough to let them score a run but this time only gave them 4 hits. Puke Yamaguchi went 8.1 for the Fighters. Shimada made a quick night for the Dragons going 3.2 innings giving up 5 ER and 5 BB's Game 3 7-5 Gotta give the Dragons they came out trying to avoid the sweep after going down 3-0 they tied it at 3 only to give back two going 5-3 then fought back and tied it up and in the top of the 9th the Fighters put two more on the board and closer Koizumi who has struggled this year only converting 50% of his saves so far shut it down for the Fighters. On the not so good news front we gave 3 to the Buffaloes but eh there in the basement of our division and well we wanted to give em a little something. Afterwards it was back to business as usual as we welcomes the Yamato Samurai Reds MartyWebb who swept us earlier at our place early in the season. So we returned the favor and swept them at there house. Game 1 6-2 We had the lead after the 8th and sent in Koizumi to close it out, but he didn't he gave up the tying HR in the 9th after a masterful game by Kichida who had gone 8 with 0 ER (1 unearned) with 6 Ks. However, in the 10th the offense picked up Koizumi and scored 4 runs off Takahashi who had pitched the 9th, including a HR by Kubota, he didn't get a single out in the 10th before being pulled. Koizumi was able to nail it down in the bottom. Game 2 7-4 Gotta give em credit Yamato came out and took a 2-0 lead going into the 4th, then the Fighters turned it out and put up 3 runs in the 4th, 1 in the 5th, 3 in the 6th. Yamato put up a couple of runs but that was it. Our big hitting 1B Keizo Harada hit 2 HR's in the game, along with ageless wonder at 2nd base Y. Watanabe. Simon Castro in his second start for the team pitched well going 7.1 with 4 ER but looked like Castro got gassed in the 7/8. Koizumi came in the 9th and nailed it down. Game 3 8-3 Before Yamato even came to bat they were down 3 already. Scoring 6 runs total over the first 3 innings. Keizo Harada went deep again today along with Shark Tsukamoto who since being called up in 10 games has hit 3 HR's so far. SP Jouda for the Samurai Reds lasted a big 1.1 before being pulled after giving up 5 ER. Just for your reference, probably not a good idea to get the Fighters on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, as during April we went 12-1 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
