Who brought something home this year??

    Stanford:

DT Anthony Hayes - Bednarik, Nagurski
    DT Lance Callihan - Lombardi

I was a bit surprised that edge7771 beat out Wright for the Heisman. Nearly positive Wright CCG performance would seal it. I think the only difference was his kid had some receiving yards and a receiving TD. Ah well, still runner-up. Congrats edge.

I'd be shocked if I didn't get returner of the year and the Thorpe. I'll check now.

    Yup.

Bryan Stephens won returner of the year and Thomas Lambert won the Thorpe.

You got returner of the year even though Jared Baker had more KR yards and 1 more TD than you which i don't comprehend.

Same as how Wright had more rushing yards on less carries and one less TD but I think the Ole Miss HB got it due to positive receiving yards when Wright had negative receiving yards

My guy had PR yards too while yours didn't. Still Stephens' PR and KR yards didn't equal your guys total. I'm assuming I won because my guy's average was better than yours. The only reason your guy had more KR yards than mine is because your defense sucks so he was constantly returning kicks while my defense was good so Stephens rarely had to return a kick. Given the stats, I think my guy did better (due to the average) and I think the game agreed.

Did my punter win? I think he was my only finalist...

Also after thinking about it, I bet it doesn't just add KR and PR yards. A 10 yard PR average is very good while it's be horrible as a KR avg. Therefore the game probably does something like TOTAL_YARDS= KR + 2*PR. With a formula like that, my guy probably had better total return yardage due to his punt returns.

Damn! Big Suge Knight almost took home the Rimington with his 94 Overall SR Center Robert Horton. 24 pancakes and 6 sacks allowed, just short of the winner from Ohio St with 25 pancakes and 4 sacks allowed.

This isn't an actual award, but I'd nominate this guy for it if it was:

Hard nosed SOB award goes to.....

    Buffalo HB Charles Bradley
    269 carries
    1317 yards
    4.8 average
    6 TDs
16 yds was his longest carry of the season! That's gotta be one sore dude.

LOL...i know right.....this dude is the heart of the offense and every weekend he spends in the training room while some other jackass is out there getting all the chics from this guys glory haha.

I didn't look, but I wonder if Buffalo is running some type of option offense from coaching changes.

Showing off the youth movement with the Devils, ASU had 6 true FR make the FR AA team (it would've been 7 if it was set up as a 3-4 instead of a 4-3 as my MLB#2 had a better season than the DT#2). Of these 6 true FR, 2 of them were also first team AAs (MLB Travis Powers and KR Bryan Stephens).

The guy who made 1st team AA came on late in the season, after the semi-finalists for the Butkus were already selected.
