Chargers 10 Broncos 27 QB Brock Osweiler needs to start throwing the ball to the right team for Denver to have a chance. The 0-4 Broncos have had a rough go at it early and desperately needed a win. They needed both the defense to play better and for Osweiler to protect the ball. Defense looked shaky at first as the Chargers got off to a good start. QB Kyle Nichols led his team down the field and finished with a TD pass to WR Greg Little. It was looking like it was going to be a another down to the wire division battle, but that TD turned out to be the only one the defense gave up for the rest of the game. Denver's D turned it up and played lights out. They held Ryan Matthews to 23yds rushing and forced the Chargers into passing situations. The result was 5 interceptions and 3 sacks on the day for the defense. At the same time Brock Osweiler actually protected the rock and didn't turn the ball over at all. When you get 5 turnovers and protect the ball, there's usually a good chance you are going to win that game. And win they did! Now all they have to do is play the same way every game for the rest of the season....right? Keep on dreaming Bronco fans! Good game Michael (KNICKSFAN_84).
