Cradle to Grave's Game of the week

    #25
[IMG] - thirdalarm takes on the new and improved Ole Miss Rebels this week. A strange, new world for the Commodores. Will they answer the call?

T2, the Special Teams assassin returns to the college football scene in NCAA '14. He gets awarded the #14 slot in week 1. Such a talented roster and recruiting class, will they disappoint again?

Ryty takes over the Louisville Cardinals who dominated Florida last year in the Sugar Bowl. Was it a one game wonder? Not with Teddy B at the helm. Louisville gets a cupcake this week. I wonder how that worked out?!

Diddy81 and the Florida Gators are ranked #10 to start the season. I doubt they stay here. Look for them to finish in the top 5. A bye week for the Gators so they could stay here or drop a spot or two depending on what happens from 20-11.

Huge match up in Cradle to Grave as the Clemson Tigers travel to play #5 Georgia "Between the Hedges". I don't see the Tigers pulling the upset so look for them to slide a bit following a bruising defeat at the hands of who many are calling season 1's National Champion, BG.

BG commands a very respectable Georgia Bulldog team that has the talent to pummel the college football landscape. With not only 1 but 2 feared running backs, look for the Dawgs to run away with it. They take on #9 Clemson this week in a SEC vs ACC battle.

The Crimson Tide are back and ready for a 3rd consecutive National Title but Georgia and many others are salivating at the chance of knocking them off. Will they even make it past the SEC championship? Florida or Georgia should be there awaiting them. An intriguing match up against ACC's Virginia Tech. The Hokies aren't as good as they used to be but any team can be beat. Will they slip out of the #1 spot?

Ole Miss jumps into this week's top 25 with a win over then ranked #25 Vanderbilt. The Rebels forced 4 turnovers which helped them get the victory. The Rebels host Troy this week and we shouldn't see an upset. You never know!

The Tar Heels jump into the action with a game winning FG over ranked South Carolina. A huge win against a worthy opponent put the Heels in the driver seat to dictate wherever they want to go. North Carolina travels to Nashville this week to take on another SEC team in the Vanderbilt Commodores who slipped out of the top 25 and will be hungry.

Georgia's rushing attack is halted and assaulted as Gurley only musters up 73 yards while their other running back did pretty much nothing. It doesn't get any easier this week as they face a do or die game against #17 South Carolina. Look for the Dawgs to git er dun.

Louisville gets some help from teams inside the top 10 that fell. They move up 2 spots to #9 this week with a pansy win over a cupcake. The Cardinals step up in competition this week as they face their first ACC opponent at home against Virginia Tech. Tech is coming off a loss to #1 Alabama so who knows what team will show.

The Gators crawl up a spot to ocho. They host in state bitch, FIU. The Swamp is no place for pretenders so look for the contenders to do work.

Clemson does the unthinkable and pulls off the upset. Huge win for this program that raises their confidence sky high. The Tigers are awarded a bye.

1 down, 13 more to go. This is nothing new for the Crimson Tide. They rest their guns this week. A 28-14 win over Virginia Tech opening week is a great start for this club. TJ Yeldon goes straight beast mode for 161 yards on 30 carries.

Vanderbilt jumps back into the top 25 with a win over #16 North Carolina, 30-14. A huge win for an up and coming program. This week they take on SEC East foe #21 South Carolina. A loss will pop them back out quickly.

North Carolina gets too cocky after beating in state South Carolina and gets dismissed by Vanderbilt. A bye could drop them even further.

Rebels are runnin' wild in Ole Miss but it may come to a hault with a trip to face the Big 12's #14 Texas Longhorns.

    #13

Florida State sits at #13 for the 2nd week in a row and could stay there even longer as they face an FCS team this week. Expect a big game from the Seminole squad.

The Bulldogs gain some swagger back as they defeat South Carolina, 35-17 in a must win game if they want to be in Atlanta come SEC Championship time. This week they get a "practice" game against North Texas.

The Louisville Cardinals stay hot with a decisive win over Virginia Tech, 46-27. Trying to keep the momentum going this week as they travel to face rival, Kentucky.

The Gators keep on chompin' up opponents but they haven't been tested yet which likely won't happen this week either as they face Toledo. They sit at #8 with a big win over FIU, 37-7.

The Clemson Tigers rested last week in preparation for this week's battle with ACC conference foe, Miami. A win, could catapult thebouncer24 into the top 25. Miami is hungry and looking to return back to its glory days. Clemson, fresh off a win over then highly ranked Georgia could be on the verge of dropping out of the top 10 if they lose. They better be able to handle the Miami swag or they'll be watching Duke break ankles all day long.

The Crimson Tide face the only team to beat them last season, this week. I'm sure they had Johnny Football on their minds all week as they waited during a bye. They travel to College Station to face the #4 Texas A&M Aggies in what could be a game of the year. It is definitely a "playoff atmosphere".

Ole Miss gets dissed quick. They are a talented young team but not ready for the big dogs yet. A loss at the hands of the Texas Longhorns brings them back to reality. Good thing they got that check now because a tough road awaits them.

UNC Head Coach says team is prepared physically as well as mentally after having a week off to rest and watch tape. They better bring the heat on defense or put up some points. They face the annoying GT option attack this week.

T2 meets up with an old and I mean old, foe. He travels to Papa John's Stadium to do battle with Ryty and the #8 Louisville Cardinals. Will Teddy Bendherassdown treat this Florida team like the Florida team he played in the Sugar Bowl last year?

BG gets to sit back with his feet up and watch some tape. They take care of business against North Texas, 38-24. Fans in Georgia are pondering why the defense gave up 24 to NT though. Is this something to worry about in the near future?

Louisville easily handles in state rival Kentucky, 28-14. They host #13 FSU this week in Cradle to Grave's game of the week. A very interesting match up. All I have to say is, play FG safe zone.

Florida steps it up this week as they enter SEC conference play. It'll be a rivalry game so we'll see how this Gator team can handle the moment.

Blackattack87 and the Clemson Tigers are on a roll this season as they defeat another user in thebouncer24 and his Miami Hurricanes. They weren't able to contain the Duke but they escaped with a win and that's all that counts. On to the next one! Clemson takes on NC State this week.

Alabama escapes the "12 man" with a revenge win over Texas A&M, 35-31. They continue their journey for a 3rd consecutive title. No way they lose an overlooked game against UL Lafayette but stranger things have happened.
