    Cap hit for this offseason

please note the rules that were applied several weeks ago about cap hit. when you cut or trade a player from now on in the OMFL that you signed as a free agent you will take a cap hit of whatever his overall rating is for one year. This is only for players who were free agents at one time. Once the cap hit is paid by the original team who signed that fa, he no longer carries a cap hit. If a player is signed for more than his overall rating calls for (ie: boss bailey of saints signed for 20 points) then the team trading the player gets a cap hit and the team getting that player now takes the cap of whatever the player signed for minus his overall cap figure.
