@Jmustang1968 - Any chance this can make the main page?

No, I'll get something done tomorrow. Was talking with Darlon last night and it looks as if it's a Sunday match.

This is definitely front-page material so lets be sure it gets the attention it deserves.

I barely know how to embed You Tube video's into here. I would love to learn how to do all this streaming stuff as I would go buy all the neccesary stuff for it but it's not going to happen before Sunday.

    Champions League Final

    Everton 1 VS Juventus 3

    Everton
    Cahill (59')

    Juventus
    Iaquinta (74')
    Iaquinta (77')
    Iaquinta (86')

What a game.. Juventus started off great with a couple of golden early chances only to be thwarted by the woodwork. The rest of the first half would see both teams play it conservative and it seemed both were happy to go into the break all knotted up at 0.

The second half would see things really open up. Everton, not having many chances in the opening half quickly capitalized on some defensive issue's by Juve with a nice Tim Cahill goal in the 59th minute. Juventus would really attack the Everton back line from here on out. Again causing good pressure but just not being able to get it past Tim Howard was starting to frustrate the Italians. Everton would rebound with some nice chances also but Gigi Buffon would keep this game at a goal differential. Finally, in the 74th minute, Vincenzo Iaquinta would score off a Alessandro Del Piero free kick to tie this game up. Only minutes later, Del Piero would again find Iaquinta on a nice lobbed through ball, Vincenzo was in alone on Howard and put Juve up with a nice slotted right footed shot into the lower right corner. Now Everton needed something quickly and it backfired as the lightning fast Milos Krasic found some space and placed a nifty cross into the penalty area and Iaquinta finished off his hat trick with a nice header for the all important and game ending 3rd goal.

Great game to @Darlon as always. We each had some tough luck but luckily I was able to come out on top. I imagine we will see each other a ton next year as he comes up to the Premier League. Hopefully those games will match this one intensity wise.

Congrats. A CL title to add to that PL title from last year. And another trophy may be on its way. Me, Blaza, Darlon and the rest of the league is gonna have to gang up on you next year to keep you from hogging all the hardware.
