Chargers also received a player no longer on the team. Also Chargers traded back up to 16 from the 21st i gave up so they gave up more Pieces to get to Simmons but i dont know the details of that trade.

Acquired a starting franchise QB, 2 CBs(3rd and 6th on depth chart) HB 4th on depth. Had stud wr who left due to free agency and glitch.

    Good trade for them.

    For

    Steelers received

    Huston Longo #72 LT

    PITTSBURGH STEELERS

    Ovr: 89 Height: 6'3'' Weight: 300

Age: 24 Development: Star XP: 7816

    ShelDon Preston #52 MLB

    PITTSBURGH STEELERS

    Ovr: 75 Height: 6'1'' Weight: 236

Age: 23 Development: Avg XP: 2000

The original deal was a 3rd rd pick But inside that deal Steelers traded Marcus Wheaton who would have an expiring contract and was 4th-5th on steelers wr depth chart for the 3rd rd pick they were gonna trade and picked QB Mitchel Werth.

    Mitchel Werth #9 QB

    PITTSBURGH STEELERS

    Ovr: 77 Height: 5'11'' Weight: 222

Age: 24 Development: Avg XP: 15383

Acquired all pro LT, 3rd string MLB who will start next season in 3-4, #2 QB who will be franchise qb in 2 years.
Aquring LT allowed them to move the old guy and upgraded LG.

Trade was good for them. All pro LTs dont last to pick 21. While there were a few other good LTs none made it past 11 and were not the ALL pro LTs.

In the end after all things considered It ends up being

The LT for 2 CBs and a HB. Those are the players we both wouldnt have gotten without the trade.

Fair for both sides, personally I would take the all-pro LT
