After back to back 200+ yard games, Casey Calvin is ready to go. Let's get this show on the road.
I don't speak Spanish.
Haters! Through 4 games Casey Calvin, the engine of the TIGER TRAIN!!!! has 700+ yards. Having 3 off weeks has kept him off the national radar for now, but expect a late season surge in the awards races if he keeps this up and the Tigers continue their winning ways. Chugga Chugga!
CHOO! CHOO!!! Tiger Train rolls on, racking up 379 rushing yards in a 59-0 blowout of Florida International. CC only had 184 yards, but sat out half the game after his 5 first half TDs had the game in hand.
And the defense hasn't allowed a score in the last two games. ALL ABOARD!!!
I believe there needs to be a thorough investigation of the Academic Integrity at Memphis and the other schools here in C-USA. When asked after the game about his performance, Casey Calvin simply responded with a comment that would make the world proud: "ug, me good at football y'all"
Compare that to the exploits of the starting offense at FIU who were busy solving systems of equations to determine the optimum amount of frustration to cause their coach throughout the game. Their calculations ended up at remarkably 106 yards of offense, and 7 turnovers. Plus all of the rumors about FIU wanting their coach fired due to: "too high of academic performance, and too high of a level of classiness" are also all true. Our football team just finished 3rd nationally in the annual Florida Middle School Math Bowl. We only finished behind Arvida Middle and Ponce De Leon.
This league has pretty much turned into a yawn fest with the departures. Just trying to liven it up a bit. All I see are weekly update threads.
True, the real question is Why is Steamer's MTSU ranked and you're not?
He beat a ranked TCU squad. Same reason Dylan and Nik are ranked. CPU World Beaters. But the scheduling god hasn't seen fit to give me the week 1 national tv spot that I earned, or a ranked CPU opponent. Kent State gets ranked every season now because he throttles a top 10 Ohio State team at the beginning of week 1. Last year we both had one loss, I beat him head to head and won the conference. But the CPU opponents he beat got him the Orange Bowl and me the Liberty Bowl. Oh well.
I'd just like to make it know that Casey Calvin graduated last season with a degree in finger-countin'. (A special Ed program available only to applicants from Kentucky.
So he can count to 9?
And I think West Virginia is the state you're looking for.
Isn't Kentucky located inside the WV border?
Easy to post cute pictures when you're in charge of scheduling and get week 1 games and get to somehow demolish Ohio State every year.
Down but never out. This year was doomed from the start.
I can think of a certain single finger that might meet the same requirement.
Also, how does that make it easier for me to post pictures?
Chugga Chugga. Casey Calvin went nuts on the Blue Raider defense, ripping off 310 yards on 27 carries with 5 TD's. Choo. Choo.
All from shotgun. Congrats.
