Number of scholarships available is determined by the following 3 things:

    A) 70 - number of players on your roster
    B) number of seniors
    C) 2 player cushion

    And for REDSHIRTING:
    • You can only redshirt 1/3 of guys 76 and higher
    • O Linemen do NOT count in the tally of 76+
    • Cannot redshirt more than 1/2 of players regardless of overall
    • No non-freshman/transfer/juco can redshirt
    • Must have 8 OL not redshirting

    Happy recruiting!

In off topic Michigan news: I am playing as Iowa State vs Michigan in the National Championship for The Pride dynasty! Michigan beat formerly #1 Ohio State twice in a row to make it in.

It will be a battle for sure. I match up much better against his run heavy style than I did against the tOSU users super explosive spread. ISU has a huge talent disadvantage at pretty much every position. I'm going to have to outscheme him, do everything I can to contain his offense, stay patient and capitalize on every opportunity.

Michigan is one of my favorite programs so I wont feel too bad and I have had a great season just to get there. One loss to a stacked Miami team that got upset by Texas in a late season non-con to get me into the top 2. I thanked Texas (who I beat) for his assistance.

The Oregon Ducks got their first commits of the season in week 5, with Antoine Barry and Matt Bell.

Recruits Fucking LOVE Watching Texas A&M Beat Florida!!
    Offense

    WR2q.jpg WR2b.jpg WR1.jpg
Ben Fields will be a monster WR with elite size. Kurt Crenshaw has the blazing speed to compliment him. Both will be eventual starters at WR, a need position this year. Ben was considering Wisconsin and LSU was hot on Kurts trail but neither could not resist verballing after seeing a great game.

    TE.jpg G.jpg
TE is also a need position and Vince Morales is a good all around talent at the position. Not especially fast but strong and solid. Blake is a huge Gem at Guard, a position which needed a top flight prospect with only slightly above average guys committing the year or so. LSU was also after Blake but he had a blast in College Station. Again, both will be starters for sure.

    Defense
    CB1.jpg CB1b.jpg OLB.jpg
Paul O'Neal is a great Corner prospect with ELITE man coverage abilities for a true freshman. Michigan was highly interested in Paul as well. Aaron Miller might not be a starter any time soon, but he has great speed and solid strength for a freshman that will only improve. His skills will never be top shelf but he should be a good backup and a disruptive special teams player. Great depth guy who really wanted to come to ATM.

Overall a great haul for the first big recruiting week. Beating a really good Florida team in a game that was within one score until the 4th quarter made a big difference. 6 big recruits with 4 of them being pull from tight races with other users.

Nice haul Cy. So excited that all that talent is coming to a rival SEC school, ugh.

I use an image capture tool that creates screenshots of the recruit profiles from the Dynasty Web.

I use SnagIt, which you can download a free trial of from CNET. http://download.cnet.com/Snagit/3000-2192_4-10004813.html

There are other free tools as well and a lot of Windows machines have one installed that you might not even know you have.

I don't think there is anyone from the state of Oregon that has ever been that fast. Ever.
