The first meeting between the Titans and Colts played out to be a blow for blow battle. The Titans hung in througout the game but a late pick by Carvel lead to another victory for the Stampede. Despite that late interception, Carvel had a modest day throwing for over 350yds...100 of them were from out of the backfield to Chris Johnson. DE Lamarr Houston had the play of the game for the Colts. ROLB Small crushed Carvel on a blitz, forcing a fumble. Swooping in came Houston, who picked it up and headed for pay dirt. With Chris Johnson sprinting behind him, Lamarr stopped on a dime and juked out Johnson to take it so the house. Titans will get another shot at the Colts in a couple weeks in Indy.
