Our first featured member is dj391, coach of the Auburn Tigers. He was gracious enough to spend some time answering questions for the Coaches Corner. The Coaches Corner serves to give a little more insight into the league members you are competing against. If you want to see any questions added or make any comments, post below. The following was copied and pasted from a questionnaire to dj391.

What made you decide to play as Auburn in this dynasty?
    Random pick really lol

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
Well hopefully i will get better at recruiting and will bring in some key recruits for my future teams

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Auburn?
So far my biggest accomplishments is just 3 losses last year and 1 loss so far this year

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? probably Hokie is my rival right now haha, started last year with trash talking carried into this year, year 1 we had a pretty close game came down to the end

Why do you think recruiting for Auburn been so difficult? Too many enginerds on campus?probably because i recruit in the south against bigger teams like FSU, Bama, Georgia, Miami, Florida so its slim pickins right now but i will get it going trust me

: None really... I follow MSU and Michigan. I like Miami's history, I'm more of an NFL guy. Go Lions!!

What made you decide to play as USC in this dynasty?
Well I used them last year and really like there stadium and the rivalries they have with Notre Dame and UCLA. Being the King of Cali is great too.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons? Well we won the title this season so they should be pretty high. The pieces I have recruited should start to come together and I expect to compete for the Pac-10 Title every year. I still want my rose bowl trophy!

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with USC? Biggest would be the Title Game I am about to play this year. Biggest disappointment either has to be my loss to Georgia or losing that SS to Bama. He would have been a STUD for USC.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? I would have to say Hokie since we play every year no matter what, even last season haha. I would say DJ but that is more like a one sided blowout than a true rivalry LOL

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense?
On Offense I want tall fast wideouts. For a QB I want accuracy more than anything, I am perfectly fine with a slow QB. If he has 90+ THP and THA and can run the offense I like to run. One defense I want speed and strength. I like guys that can hit and a FAST secondary who do no give up big plays.

With the production of James (Oregon) and Baxter (USC) from the halfback position this season, the question has to be asked: Does the Pac-10 play run defense?
The Pac-10 as a whole? Most likely. But here at USC we take pride in defense and make it a huge part of our team. We rank in the top 2 in both defensive categories for Legacy users so far.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason? I am going to go with 1. I think Barkley will stay but have a feeling Butler may get away. I am not losing many senior besides some strong corners but I am confident in my recent classes.

What made you decide to play as Oregon in this dynasty?
Knowing that I was in the same conference as Hova and he is USC, Oregon would be my best chance to compete. Plus they have cool uni's

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
I would like to win a Pac 10 title, but damn if I can't beat USC 1 time......

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Oregon? Beating the defending BCS champs in a convincing fashion this year was huge for the Ducks program. But I can't seem to beat USC and I also had a horrific cpu loss to VT.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on?
Seems to be Hova as play each other EVERY year since the OFFL West. I think I beat him the first time and that was it, so I am due for one. Me and DJ had a "friendly" exchange of trash talking, so I would like to see that rivalry continue.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense?
I think speed seems to be the underlying factor at all positions in this game.

With the production of James (Oregon) and Baxter (USC) from the halfback position this season, the question has to be asked: Does the Pac-10 play run defense? Well I guess at least the cpu teams don't and the Ducks aren't much of dominant defense either. Hova has a pretty good grip on his USC defense as his user controlled SS seems to be an AA candidate every year and I never have the same success running as I do with other opponents.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason?
James will be gone, but Barner is expected to put up similar numbers next year.

What do you think needs to happen to get over the hump against USC?
I need to make a stop on D as I think our last game USC was 8/8 on third downs without a punt in the game. I also need to have better recruiting classes or it will only get worse....

So far we have interviewed 2 users and both listed you as a rival. How do you feel about that?
I think it shows that I am a competitve and a worthy opponent. Plus a little smack talking every now and then helps. So with that said I GUARANTEE a win over USC next season....

What made you decide to play as Florida State in this dynasty
? Lack of options, lol. when it was my turn to pick it had been narrowed down that only the ACC was left. Masler already had Miami, so it was either FSU or VT. I hate that damn Chicken mascot for VT, so FSU it is.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
I hope to keep my ACC title streak going. I hope to pull out at least 1 NCAA title with this game.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Florida State?
By far my biggest dissapointment was losing to CPU North Carolina in season 1. That was my only loss for the season and cost my a play in the BCS title game.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? I guess my biggest rival on the field would probably be the Masler coached Miami squad. FSU has won both matchups thus far, but both have been close. I have heard that Masler is still crying over the Fumble/Saftey that occured in our last game Recruiting wise it would have to be Georgia. But is it really a rival if one side gets all of the players?

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense, besides players in the state of Georgia?
I just want players. They dont have to be spectacular, just good enough to get the job down. I try to adjust my play style to the players I have. I dont necessarily recruit a specific type of player.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the ACC?
Never been a big fan of the ACC, but FSU is rubbing off on me. I love the Chop animation, especially in other teams stadiums. All of the user conference games have been close, so that makes it fun as well.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason?

Im losing a lot of talent this offseason, so next year is going to be an adjustment. On offense I am losing my entire starting line, both starting wr's and starting hb. On defense I am losing all of my starting LB's, a starting DT, and a starting CB. Look for a lot of new faces for FSU next year. I hope no one leaves early for the NFL.

What made you decide to play as Miami in this dynasty?
I was tired if the Big 10, already had an SEC team in another league so Miami and the ACC sounded nice. I want to bring back their defense.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
I don't expect to make the Nat Championship but I see a bowl game every season with at least 8 wins a season. I want to see some good recruits come in and make names of themselves.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Miami? Biggest accomplishment was winning last seasons bowl after a bad start. Disappointment would have to be the recent bowl loss when Harris gave up haha

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? None in the ACC yet, but Hokie and I were pretty good rivals in '10 between Ohio St and Penn St. That one went on for 4 years I think. Lions won em all dammit haha but I have no hard feelings.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense?
Ah jeez, a lot haha but majorly I need a runningback and corners.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the ACC?
A lot of weak teams but I like the rivalries and competition

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason?
Harris, Benjamin and most of my receivers. I think a few defensive guys are leaving but we will find out come offseason.

    Occupation

College rooting interest(s): Ohio State is my number 1 team, followed by my alma mater Bowling Green

What made you decide to play as Penn State in this dynasty?
Because Tmac picked the Buckeyes so I had to go with my second favorite team in the Big 10. I also liked some of the young players Penn State acquired in the past couple years.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
I would like to get back to winning games but I struggled last season. With Newsome back this year hopefully we can win a few more games. I think my team has enough talent to win a championship, I just need to make better decisions.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Penn State? Biggest accomplishment was National Championship and Big 10 title in year 1. I went undefeated that season including close games against Ohio State, Michigan and Georgia. The biggest disappointment was year 2 when I lost all 3 user games I played and then lost to South Carolina in Capital One Bowl.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on?

I would say Tmac before he left, since we played a few times last year in OFFL West and he stole OSU. Since he left I will have to go with Hokie Effect. Despite being in opposite conferences we have played every season so far. He is 3-0 against me in this league and 5-0 so far in NCAA 11 against me. I'd really like to win a game against his team.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense?

I have done fairly well recruiting on the lines but I need to get some talent on edges of the field. My receiving core could use an explosive deep threat to replace Drake and Brown. I also need some help at cornerback and an OLB who can help with blitz packages.

You seem to have good recruiting results. Do you use Lane Kiffin style escorts or do you have incriminating information against other coaches?

At Penn State we are all about tradition. Unlike coach Kiffen I have won a national title as a head coach and don't need to rely on some hoes to bring in talent. The championship in year 1 really gave us a boost in year 2. Unfortunately some of that momentum was lost last season, so recruiting has been difficult thus far. As for incriminating evidence on other coaches, I don't know anything about that. The other coaches are just smart enough to avoid recruits that Penn State wants.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the Big Ten?

I like the challenge the Big 10 presents. There are a lot of good schools and even some of the lesser teams can pull off a surprise upset. My main dislike is the scheduling, since I have not gotten to beat up on Michigan for 2 straight seasons.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason?

Newsome will be graduating this fall so he will be tough to replace. He is a three-year starter and proven winner. I'm also set to lose a pair of talented receivers in Drake and Brown. They have contributed since I took over team and are quick enough to beat corners with deep ball. On the other side of the ball I am set to lose Stephon Morris and Evan Lewis. They may be the most talented cornerback duo in the nation and will be difficult to replace.

College rooting interest(s): University of Michigan

What made you decide to play as UCLA in this dynasty?

I really didn't have too much of a choice, but I didn't mind at all. I enjoy the colors scheme and the young talent that existed on the team

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?

After a great year last season I expect this season to be a little less successful and to have more emphasis on development of a young QB in Byron Bray and the talent surrounding him. After this year we should be back on top competing with the top dogs.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with UCLA?

Biggest accomplishment was our Alamo bowl win last season and the addition of a prestige star that we lost due to our last coach. Biggest dissapointment would be our season ending loss to USC and our season opening game this season against WVU. We looked horrible.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on?

No serious rivalries. I usually focus on trying to keep the game at least close with Hova, and I need to show that my team can do anything against the Oregon defense. We'll see.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense?

Right now we're looking at some good defensive players, and looking to get a solid offensive line in the following years. We're are really weak in that aspect of our offense. We have the backs, just not the line.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the Pac-10?

Pac-10 is pretty tough. I like having the main teams I need to beat, and the others surrounding being pretty tough as well. Good conference overall.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason?

Not a lot. We have a pretty young team and it will be more development than anything. However, we will lose a very good impact corner by season's end.

How do you deal with the challenge of recruiting against USC?

It sucks a lot. Sometimes I just don't know what to do. I didn't really get to get a good look at prospects this year (due to my absence from offseason night) , but anytime I am trying to get some high powered guys, USC is always right there. I win some of the battles though .

College rooting interest(s): FSU (alma mater), Georgia (fan since birth)

What made you decide to play as Virginia Tech in this dynasty?
FSU and Miami were already taken and it came down to Tech and Clemson. I literally spent hours studying their depth charts and incoming recruiting classes. It came down to my playcalling style, which is run first, run second and throw if I have to. Plus, I hate orange and couldn't play with a team whose primary color is dayglow orange.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
My main goal is to win the ACC. I came close last year but ended up getting burned by UNC, who I lost a sim to while I was moving. I just got my revenge against them earlier today.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Virginia Tech? My biggest disappointment was not being able to pull out some close user games last year. I was in them till the end but made some stupid coaching decisions that cost me the games.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? Maslerboros16 is my main rival. He's Miami and we're in the same division so it's a natural fit. Plus, our user games are always neck and neck.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense? Offensively, I need solid running backs who can catch, WR's who can block and, most importantly, mobile QB's. Defensively, I look for guys with high Acceleration and good Awareness. I also use H-back style TE's, who can also line up at FB in certain sets. I always have a bunch on my recruiting board.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the ACC? I like that my main rival, UVA, isn't a recruiting threat in my pipeline states. I DESPISE that I have to recruit against the SEC. Seems like they have a built-in recruiting advantage for the top 150 guys.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason?
I shouldn't lose any this season. I lost Darren Evans and Ryan Williams last year.

What made you decide to play as Michigan in this dynasty?
I have been a Michigan football and basketball fan for as long as I can remember.
What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
Continue to build up the talent level and challenge for the Big Ten title.
What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Michigan?
Biggest disappointment is the amount of CPU losses I have had. I believe I have a better feel for my team and the sliders this season and can improve.
Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on?
No true rivalries with another User coach b/c Penn State has beaten me in both games but I look to reverse that soon. With JC being Iowa in the Big Ten now there may be some carry over rivalry from the The Experience with our UM/MSU rivalry there.
What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense?
I am looking to add speed on the edges and size on the line on offense and quickness and playmaking on defense.
What do you like / dislike about playing in the Big Ten?
As a Michigan fan I love the rivalries and tradition. The Big Ten schedule is not great for setting up user games for an OD.
How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason?
At least 8 of my starting 22. I know I will lose my Roundtree and Gallon, so I am a little concerned about my wideouts for next year. Defensively, I am going to need to get some depth to avoid being left too thin with the losses of Hawthorne, Roh and Vlad. This will be a key recruiting year for Michigan.
As a fan of That Team Up North, what do you feel about the Dick Rod experience?
I have not been a fan since day one. I am liking the fact that Michigan has an offense but the defense is going to kill us this year against the Big Ten. There is something about the way he conducts himself that just rubs me the wrong way. Some people say its good they went away from the typical Michigan guy but for my money I'd much rather have Les Miles on the Wolverine sidelines.

    HAIL TO THE VICTORS!!!!
