I did some research last night on the coaching carousel and came up with a list of likely openings after the season. I'll list them in order of most to least likely to become available. I'm not sure how the AI handles the carousel for online leagues so I'm going to assume it is by current season record so will list the coaches in likely order. I'm guessing only coaches who made a bowl will receive offers from other schools (unless you get fired :p)

    Possible Openings

Kentucky (Mark Stoops 1-11) Tom Herman (Ohio St OC)
    UMass (Charley Molnar 2-22)
Miami Ohio (Don Treadwell 9-27) Bobby Petrino (WKU HC)
Cal (Sonny Dykes 2-10) Doug Nussmeier (Alabama OC)
Army (Rich Ellerson 19-42) Mike Bobo (Georgia OC)
Pitt (Paul Chryst 8-16) Bob Cole (NIU OC)
    Akron (Terry Bowden 3-20)
Minnesota (Jerry Kill 12-25) Mark Hudspeth (ULL HC)
Central Michigan (Dan Enos 16-33) Tim Beck (Nebraska DC)
    South Alabama (Joey Jones 3-9)
Maryland (Randy Edsall 11-25) Pete Lembo (Ball St HC)
Missouri (Gary Pinkel 95-67) Kirby Smart (Alabama DC)
Illinois (Tim Beckman 7-17) xx Vols xx (La Tech HC)
    UTSA (Larry Coker 15-18)
Wake Forest (Jim Grobe 77-82) Ajay Kuebler (UTEP HC)
    Utah (Kyle Whittingham 76-38) re-signed
Hawai'i (Norm Chow 8-16) Possible Retirement
Ohio (Frank Solich 64-51) John Papuchis (Nebraska DC)
Kansas State (Bill Snyder) retired Brent Venables (Clemson DC)

    Coaches Likely In Demand

    Glen Cieske (Northern Illinois 10-2)
    Jeff Bryden (Louisiana Tech 9-3)
    Matt Rhule (Temple 9-3)
Jeff Hickerson (Middle Tennessee State 8-3)
    Mike Austin (Kent State 8-4)
Charles Ransom Jr (Utah State 7-5)
    Shannon Thames (Southern Miss 7-6)
    Sean Rausa (FIU 6-6)
    Bubba Gump (UNLV 3-2)

I wouldn't mind taking over at Mizzou, but I think I will hold out until something better opens up

Ya, the one downside of jumping from year-to-year is that your coach stability would take a hit.

Yea, I'll be staying at MTSU a while more than likely. I had no clue Larry Coker was the coach at UTSA.

Nothing on that list worth jumping ship for...I will more than likely stay put unless a surprise offer is extended my way

So, just thought of something. If someone moves up to a bigger school, how do we handle scheduling? Is it unfair to still schedule them against users?

Yeah that is going to get weird. Seeing these schools, may just stick with Temple. Got some good recruits coming in and finished Ranked I think. Not to mention got a beast running game going on right now.

We probably should schedule any big school v little school match-ups, unless:

    1) The little school volunteers

    2) Both are close in Rating

xx Vols xx Is on the clock. Just click renew contract or whatever the selection is to end it and move on.

I was hoping to move to Cal and they hired Bama's OC :(

No, as the first coach declines positions more will open up. If you want to see all of the offers you have to keep declining them. However, the best offers usually come first.

Coach Austin's offseason is not going well. Initially I wanted to go to Cal but they were filled by Bama's OC. Then I decided Maryland was the perfect fit but again the CPU filled them, this time with Lembo from Ball St. My backup was Illinois but Vols unexpectedly took them. Sigh. Kent is dilapidated after losing 9 starters on defense and having no solid backups. This is going to be a long season. Lol

Did Kentucky hire a coach yet?

That would be brutally tough with a cellar dweller in the SEC

I have to say, I was really excited to get to the carousel but was left at the alter like a Bachelor reject. Congrats to xx Vols xx tough who got a good team at Illinois. Looks like the rest of us will be back for another year at our current schools (good, bad or indifferent).
