Here we are in Week 12 and Thought would be a Good Time to Shine the Light on Maybe Who's Making it and Who's Not. Sitting Pretty in Green Goes to 2 Coaches Dc of Troy CoachPierce and OC of S.Miss CoachForever After Signing a Nice 4 yr deal CoachForever has Done well in Mississippi. Forever started out with 8 goals and has already completed 5 of those Goals (all one season deals) and still has 3 Remaining with 3 yrs still left on his deal, plus the sweet bonus of beating a Higher Ranked Team already has him sitting pretty at 85%. Probably won't be Long before some Schools come calling on Forever to either be a OC or the Head man Himself. With 3 yrs still remaining Schools may have to really come up with the Dough for his Buyout if they really want this Coach on their Sidelines. CoachPierce of Troy (DC). CoachPierce is not afraid of Challenges as he Took one with Troy to Try and Build up a Dominating Defense. After signing his 2 yr deal CoachPierce went to work and the D has responded to his Miltary Drill-Like Practices. CP started also with 8 goals to accomplish and he has completed 4 of those (one season deals) and still has 4 others to match. Coming into the Last yr of his deal in 2012 It will be interesting how the 1st Off-season Goes Offer-wise. CoachPierce already stated that it would have to be a Monster Offer to Take Him from Troy as he is enjoying his Stay in Troy,Ala. sitting pretty in green at 78% would have anyone smiling at this point. Middle of the Road. Sitting at 50% right now are 2 Coaches who are Hoping to climb out and start making names for themselves. CoachWebb DC of Colorado St has his work cut out for him as he tries to continue to make his name after signing a 2 yr deal, he faced a daunting contract ahead of him. of the 8 Goals he's gotten 3 so far (one season) and still faces the rest of the deal for next season. Major plus's for getting most of the goals for this yr and the challenge of having the same goals next season as it will be his Contract yr and we will see what schools may be calling for CoachWebb's Name. La.Tech is Where this Coach resides and that is CoachSalas the DC of the Bulldogs. Coming into Ruston CoachSalas made it known where he wants to eventually end up. Signing his 3 yr deal in Salas Blood, He went to work in trying to Make the Tech Defense feared in the Wac. Don't know if that has happened, With 8 goals staring him in the face, CoachSalas has completed only 1 so far with 2 more one season deals still left on the board. its obvious that CoachSalas has his work cut out for him and with 3 more weeks of the season left he needs to complete the other 2 one season deals to up his score. with 2 more yrs left its up to CoachSalas how his Future will be decided. Above the 50% going on 60% CoachRadio of Ohio came into the Mac in hopes of waking up the offense of the Bobcats as he became the Oc under Coach Frank Solich, sitting at 5-4 has the Bobcats thinking of possible Bowl-bid. Signing his 3 yr deal CoachOhio had a pretty challenging deal to work as he knew the offense of Ohio needed some punch. Completing 2 of the 8 goals right now has CO at 53% with 1 more one season mark to possibly up his score even more. Don't think any schools will be calling this off-season, but with 2 more yrs of his deal, the penalty of losing to a higher ranked team notches his score down a bit. But the future looks bright if CoachOhio continues his winning ways with the offense. CoachVols of Marshall has a real task ahead of him, maybe he should've looked at the deal with glasses on. The one glaring spot in this deal is the %for pass completions over the entire contract. That really stood out to me. Right now he has to complete 55% of his passes and right now is at 49%. This is gonna be interesting how this comes out. plus get 14+ points a season and is barely making it with 15 pnts a game. with 2 of his 6 goals met CoachVols needs some continuity with the offense in order to make his goals or he could be faced with the 1st User to get the dreaded Goals Failed Spot. Here's Hoping the Next 2 yrs are a bit roser then the 1st yr. Vols is currently at 55% Job Security CoachTracy took the Oc job at Fresno and has really flourished in the offense as he is pasting most of the goals that he also has to do again next 2 seasons. Being the 2nd User with the Dreaded % of pass completions over the entire contract he is currently sitting at 49%. Could this be a make or break contract deal we shall see as CoachTracy also has 2 of the 8 goals completed, CoachTracy needs serious playmakers in order to make his goals for the next 2 yrs at Fresno St. He is currently at 55% Job Security CoachBob knew That North Texas was going to be a challenge as he hopes to Turn the ship around that's navigating through a very tough storm right now. Signing only a 2 yr deal, Bob faces serious heat as right now is 56% on his Job security, but with 3 one season goals of winning 8,6,& 4 games in one season and with 3 weeks left in the season NT only has 2 wins on the yr. and Bob could be seeing Red if the 1st 2 goals go in the Fail Box. Matching only 1 goal of 8 CoachBob has a monster Task of serious retooling of the Offense in the off-season. Best of Luck to u Bob, I hope u don't become Saturday Hero's 1st Firing. Signing a Sweet 4 yr Deal had CoachDeericks smiling pretty, Then the real challenge of taking the reigns of SDST's Offense under his wing. With 3 of the 8 goals completed and 2 more one season goals still to match, CoachDeericks is looking good to up his score even higher, The Big Blow was Losing Hilman to injury as now he has to ride the arm of Lindley to Get SDST to a Bowl game this yr. CD is currently at 58& Job security right now with 3 more yrs to come. Coming into Rice CoachCimahosky was hoping to duplicate the success that Fellow Member T2express had when he had Rice in Evolution. Things have been anything But this yr for the Owls. CCim signed his 2 yr deal in a hurry as he was trying to get on the next connecting Flight Home. This yr has not been kind to Rice as they are currently 2-7 and with 1 goal of 8 completed and with 3 more one season goals to complete the pressure is on with 3 weeks of the season left. Here's Hoping CoachCim doesn't find the Red Line to decide his Fate in Houston. CoachCim is Currently at 56% Job security. Sitting Above 60% CoachHack came into this season with a real challenge as he took the Oc position at Army. Trying to wake up the offense of Dead the last several season's. CoachHack tries his luck with the Triple Option. All CoachHack is doing right now is making his HC Look real good, with CoachEllerson sitting pretty in Green with 94% JS in his contract yr, its obvious that the move was a good one for hack. Army Currently is 3-6 on the yr with some tough losses, but when u make yr goals u Move up. Pasting most of his goals on his 3 yr deal has Hack at 63% JS with Things looking real good for CoachHack. with 50% of his Goals met and still has 2 more yrs on his deal, we may see CoachHack's Next Job Opening real soon. Sitting in the Red With Temple sitting at 7-2 you would think things were going well in Philly, But sitting in Red is CoachRembert DC of Temple. inking his name to a 2 yr deal and starting off well would make anybody happy til they saw his contract deal. with 3 one season goals completed, CR has to match or better the numbers he's putting up right now if he wants his score to rise. 5 of the remaining goals has to be completed before his contract runs out or it could be a very short stay in Philly for CoachRembert. Here's Hoping yr ride is better next season. CRem is Currently at 42% job security.
