    Coaching Tree
We will be using NORMAL coaching progression. As far as coaching tree upgrades I propose a rule that it should be a 3:1 distribution between recruiting and game management. Other than that you can use your upgrades as your please.

    Recruiting
Max roster size is 70 as usual. Number of scholarships available = (70 - # of seniors) + 3 additional scholarships.

For example if you have 12 seniors and 70 players on your roster then it is (70-12)+3 = 15 available scholarships.

    Redshirts
You can only redshirt freshmen and sophomores.

    Players Leaving
Any player 95 OVR and above can not be swayed back to return to school if they declare for the draft.

Any player that is a projected 1st round pick cannot be swayed back.

Just so I'm straight, I can do a 3:1 ratio either way for the head coach?

Sure, but the game management is less important IMO.

I am ok with the rules but this first season, if I have a junior not going to get playing time, would like to RS him. I think that all of our recruits need to be only redshirted the first 2 years.
