Coach's Corner will make a comeback for NCAA '12. With all the turnover, it looks like a good time to find out who everyone is. You will receive a questionnaire asking about yourself and your team's future direction. Once the questionnaire is filled out, I will copy and paste it in this thread.

Our first member interview is with niuhuskie224.

Hometown: Northlake, IL It is about 20 to 25 minutes from downtown.

    Current Location
    : Elgin, IL

    Age: 26

    Occupation
: That is a loaded question. Figure this out, I just ran inventory for an 11 million dollar facility, and my official title is Quality Assurance Specialist.

College rooting interest(s): USC, NIU, Boise St.

What made you decide to play as USC in this dynasty?
Have like playing with them since some early NCAA titles so kept it going this year.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
To not suck. Talking with another member this morning my play calling is very predictable so my expectation is to not suck by becoming less predictable.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with USC? Won the Heisman Trophy in year 1, 2nd place year two and have a pair of Pac-12 South Titles.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? I think cnic75 and I have had two good Pac-12 title games. The first one he dominated the 2nd half and I had the ball with a chance to at least tie in our second meeting so hopefully I can win one to make it really good.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense? I am more of a best available kind of guy. Fill needs but also just grab the best guy. You can never have enough talent.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the PAC-12? I dislike that cnic is in it causing me to not win the Pac-12. I also dislike that we are the only two left (although I think we just brought in a new guy). I like that cnic and I have build a solid foundation in that league in 2 seasons.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason? I don't have many key players as it stands now, so. Really playing this season to get to next season. Some of my first recruits will get some solid PT next year.

bravejaf the coach of Georgia is our next interviewee.

    Hometown: Cleveland, OH

    Current Location
    : Columbus, OH

    Age: 30

    Occupation
: I work at one of the corporate offices for JP Morgan Chase. I work in the customer care research department at this time.

College rooting interest(s): I root for the Buckeyes first and second would be BGSU Falcons. I also root for Michigan's opponents.

What made you decide to play as Georgia in this dynasty?
The Bulldogs have a lot of young talent, including QB Murray who was a sophomore at that time and HB Crowell who was a freshman. I also considered South Carolina but decided Georgia was the better long-term choice.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
This season is extremely important for Georgia. This will be Murray's last season with the team and Crowell will be draft eligible at the end of the season. If the defense can continue to play well, we should be a force in conference and national races. Even without Murray next season, we should still have a very talented team. The 2012 recruiting class was the best in the country in terms of overall talent.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Georgia? I would say winning the division title in year 1 over Florida (Ceewo). We techincally won conference championship that season, but only due to a glitch in the game.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? With Ceewo out I'd have to say LSU/ KillerNuts. We have only played once in NCAA 12 but the game was extremely close. I'm sure we will face off in some more conference title games.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense? Wide recriver is a big need for this team and will be the focus for 2013. Adding depth on the o-line is another key area. Aside from that we are looking to add more pieces in front seven of the defense. I cleaned up on recruits in secondary last season, so that is a low priority. HB and QB are also low on the priority list thanks to classes of 2011 and 2012.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the SEC? The best thing about the SEC is the competition. Almost every team is a serious threat, especially the user schools. The worst would be the weather. It seems like 75% of SEC games are played in the rain.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason? Murray is a senior, so he will be gone at the end of this season. Crowell is a junior but he may shoot for the NFL Draft. The offensive line also loses 3 of 5 starters. On defense the biggest loss will be DT Geathers. It is tough to replace a 354 lb. nose tackle.

    Kasper has taken over UCLA

Hometown: I hail from Huron, South Dakota located in about the middle of the eastern side of the state. Town of about 10-12,000 depending on how many immigrants count.

Current Location: I am currently in Watertown, South Dakota for school.

    Age: 19

Occupation: Student, have a part time job at a hardware store and will start an internship for school this spring/summer.

College rooting interest(s): Nebraska through and through.

What made you decide to play as UCLA in this dynasty? I like to try to engage in rivalries in my OD's, and niu seemed like a good opponent to play year in and year out. I was Oregon State in RMG before we had to restart, otherwise I may have gone with them.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons? I think 8+ wins every year is a good goal, and would like to ruin Oregon or USC's seasons if my team isn't built for a title run.

What are the biggest strengths and weaknesses of your UCLA team? I think we will be able to run the ball well. Some option looks will be utilized with our athletic QB. Defensively our front 7 is the strength. We will rely on them to stop the run and force people into obvious passing downs to get help covering.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense? On the defensive side we are going to need to find CB's that can get in people's faces and play man-to-man defense as I use this a lot. Offensively we will need to continue to keep a strong core of RB's and offensive lineman, and hopefully find an impact receiver to balance it out and burn teams if they stack up on us.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason? An early glance says 8-11.

Do you have any rivalries that carried over from NCAA '11 or other NCAA '12 dynasties? Just got into the Legacy, but I foresee a good rivalry with USC coming up.

MoonBBad is the coach of Notre Dame

Hometown: Santa Clarita (40 min outside LA), CA

    Current Location
    : Chicago, IL

    Age: 28

    Occupation
    : Data Center Engineer

    College rooting interest(s): Notre Dame

What made you decide to play as Notre Dame in this dynasty?
They are my team, and I wanted to lead them to greatness.

What are your expectations for your team in the next few seasons?
To win the National Championship, no question.

What are your biggest accomplishments and disappointments with Notre Dame? Winning the national titile in our first season. Winning the Heisman with Cierre Wood in the second season.

Do you have a user rival in this dynasty? How did the rivalry start and how long has it been going on? If I were to say I had a main rival, cause Notre Dame has a crapload of haters, I would say it's USC and NIUHUSKIE. We've beat him both times we have played, which feels great, but we want to keep that trend going every season.

What kind of recruits are you looking for on offense and defense? Well, I am not going to be very specific to be honest, but I will say I need help at LB next season and RB on the offensive side.

What do you like / dislike about playing in the B1G? I love the competition. I also dislike the competition. :) What I mean by that is I love that we are playing great programs in our division, but what stinks is it's a very difficult season each and every year.

How many key players do you think you will lose in the offseason? I will lose my QB Tommy Rees for sure, but I am confident in his backup going into this season. Any Senior that is starting is essential to our team, so I will miss all our young man who leave next season.
