    Tigers Roll Again

James Franklin and the Missouri Tigers offense lit up another SEC defense on Saturday. The Tigers racked up 638 yards of offense, James Franklin threw for 402 yards and 5 TD’s and the Gamecocks were destroyed 52-24.

Dorial Green-Beckham was the star of the passing attack again as he torched the USC defense with 5 catches for 189 yards and 2 TD’s, all in the first half. TE Waters also scored twice through the air, and Franklin his Marcus Lucas for the first score of the day.
The defense made it tough for star USC RB Marcus Lattimore to run the ball as he was limited to 16 yards on 12 carries. But Connor Shaw tried to match Franklin by passing for 342 yards and 1 TD.

The opposite was true for Mizzou, they could run the ball when they wanted and throw it when the wanted. The Tigers were able to gain 220 yards on the ground against the S. Carolina’s vaunted DL; mostly by running directly at star DE Jadeveon Clowney.

Rs. FR Maty Mauk got to come into the game in the second half after backup QB Austin Glaser went down with an injury. And Mauk got to show off his wheels on several nice runs. The Tigers look to have their next star QB already on the roster.
