With the 3rd season on deck we will shift gears again with some 'new' changes going forward and also hit on some key things that are old news now. 1. User vs CPU Starting next season you will be able to play the computer if your scheduled opponent fails provide an adequate time frame in which he can play. Vacation, Xbox broken, Honeymoon etc... If you are unable to log in and play you are responsible to set yourself on Auto Pilot (AP). (if your stuffs broke ill set you on ap) It will be upon the Users to take ownership of their inability to play and assign their team to AP for the time frame needed. Big Suge Knight and myself will not jump through hoops to switch teams over an hour before advance. Schedule your games as we have done in the past; the don't be a douche rule is in effect. If your opponent is free 18 hours of the day to your 2 hour window have some integrity and go AP. Talk it out among your selves. If two people have similar availability, but just cant get a time locked in the game will go so sim as in the past. I'm sure there will be discussion on this, feel free to ask questions and we'll answer them best way possible. Never SUPERSIM the game, as this will cause crazy statistic numbers Start the game once; there is a game start counter which is visible to everyone. Do not stat pad 2. Rookie Trades The "Eli Manning Clause" ... The standing rule of no trading players on rookie contracts will stand. However now post draft up until the advance to Regular Season W1 you will have the opportunity to offer trades on newly drafted rookies. Once W1 hits all players will fall into the no-trading-rookies ruling. 3. Game Play We just addressed this few weeks ago so I wont dwell here... Mix up play calls... If you have a issue ensure you address it in game or post game with your opponent. Some may feel that they are doing nothing wrong. Clarification on a few items: Run Commit is allowed, I'd suggest using it sparingly. Absolutely no usering the 3rd person in on the left on FG Block formation. Do not punt at a shallow angle so the ball rolls past the PR man. 4. Playbooks You can change your playbook at seasons end. You must declare your playbook before regular season W1; for 'SIM" sake you shouldn't be switching playbooks yearly. Declare and you're locked in for the year! 5. Rosters If your season is over please do not roster dump; playoff teams should not be adding players to their roster except to fill a void created by injury. The resign stage and beyond you can force shape your team how you see fit. Player position changes: There will be a thread in the TEAM MANAGEMENT section; here you will post all non-natural position changes. JJ Watt moving to TE, Terrelle Pryor moving to WR, Darrell Revis moving to FS etc … Log it please Lastly new guys please look over the mandatory bonus thread for all contracts. Others just familiarize yourself with the percentages and max contract offers once again. https://traditionsportsonline.com/threads/mandatory-player-bonuses.113302/ Penalties going forward for infractions on any of the above will result in loss of draft pick(s), forced auto pilot, restriction on free agency period and or removal from the league. Please respond to this thread that you read & understood so we can continue.
